Worst McAlisters experience we’ve ever had. We got the half soup, half sandwich meal and only received a quarter sandwich slice. The soup was so cool the cheese wouldn’t melt. Don’t waste your money here.

I had an interview with a man and call back 2 weeks later for an update and a lady was very rude over the phone, telling me that she’s the only person who interview people, like I was lying about being interviewed. She didn’t even ask what day I came or anything about the interview she was very rude like I was lying about my interview. Maybe they should find some new leadership. That’s not how you approach people.

Poor customer service, not really busy but service was ridiculously slow! I waited abt 10-15 mins for a club sandwich and soup, my club sandwich came with no bacon when I asked for bacon they put “ONE” slice of bacon smdh!

They are so slow, they messed up my order twice, after replacing it. I decided just to get a full refund. Won’t be coming to this location again.

Food is usually decent, which is why I come back. I hate I must tolerate immature cashiers just to place an order...one came up laughing and joking while the young lady took my order...saying how much she was ready to go home. This definitely affected my experience.

The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. The staff is very professional and polite. I watched her throw customers’ food, talk down to her staff, and never apologize to any customer for the extreme long wait. This is the not the first time I have witnessed this. I will not be back.

The food is just ok. While it's usually clean they always seem to get something wrong with my order. Maybe if you feel like soup they have never gotten that wrong, it must come premade. Better off going to a Panera.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! The customer service at this location couldn’t be worse. It’s disheartening because this was my first experience at any McAlister’s Deli, and I will not be returning. I made my order on the night of 10/22. Unfortunately, it was past the order deadline for the day. I was unaware of that. Once I got the email confirmation and it stated that the order would be ready on the morning of the 23rd, I drove around to the drive through to attempt to cancel it. The gentleman, who happens to be the only upside to this experience, apologized and told me that they wouldn’t have access to my order to cancel it until the next day. Because I expected my order that night, I was in no position to get it the next day as I knew I’d be at work. Knowing that, I made it my business to contact the store the moment they opened in hopes of canceling. To my surprise, I got no answer. In fact, each time I called that day, I got no answer. I then reached out to customer care who submitted a request on my behalf for a refund and told me the process would take up to 72 hours. 72 hours passed, so I reached back out to the location. Luckily, I was able to get someone on the phone who told me the GM was on the way to the bank and would reach back out to me when she returned. The GM, goodness gracious, had the absolute WORST attitude ever. She was rushing me through the conversation when she called as I was trying to give her information regarding my order. She mentioned having access to cameras and how everything that happens at her property goes straight to her phone. She treated me as thought I was lying about my experience. She asked for a case number from customer care which I did not have, but am sure she did since she knows everything. However, I obliged and reached back out to customer service for the number. When I finally got ahold of customer care, I spoke with a lady by the name of Megan who informed me of the number and also told me that my case was closed by the store. SO IF YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER OR THE CASE…WHO CLOSED IT WITHOUT ISSUING ME A REFUND?!? I DID NOT GET MY ORDER. I am HIGHLY upset as I type this review today, 10/30 without my refund or even so much as a store credit for the order I placed. To put it straight, this place stole my money. !!PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
