I will say that it took longer than expected to get my results back. I took the test last Tuesday. It’s now Monday and I still don’t have the results back.”

“I have had to get my blood checked quite frequently in the past few months, and I always make sure to come to this LabCorp facility, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. Kym is absolutely wonderful: she never has any trouble finding the vein and I never feel any pain with the blood draw. She is also so sweet with my kids when I have to bring them with me. And even though I am usually a walk in, I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes. Everything is clean, quick, and friendly.”

“The night before I went in this location I spoke with Ms Kimberly best known as Ms Kim, she was a huge help before I even came to the facility love great customer service over the phone, Ms kim mentioned her facility hours including ones close by Incase it didn’t work for me, invited me at 8am but I came at 10 she also remembered our conversation which is another bonus!!!!!!!!!Now today I went for an appointment which actually was considered a walk in, Ashley was on the front desk and she was amazing, very friendly and helpful if question or concerns was needed. Got me in and out entire staff was great I recommend and will be back in the future this type of customer service honestly goes a long way to make people feel appreciate never know what someone days going like and they honestly put me in a chipper mood after leaving thanks again also shout out to Doctor hogan making sure I was in good standing condition she actually cares too cant leave her out!!!”

“I just wanted to note where to park. I entered the BLUE parking then went down to bottom level, then back towards the GOLD parking and into the GREEN parking. There was a door to the building and I parked there. It said Irish or Ireland or Shamrock? That door takes you to the bridge into the building. Then down a hallway, took elevator to 1st floor and then to suite 250. I hope someone has better directions. Nothing is marked well. The LabCorp was fast and clean. Not super friendly but if I had to do their job, not sure if I'd smile all day either.”

“Quest Diagnostics is a good company overall and the employees definitely have skills with taking bloodwork. This location I went to was in the downtown Emory building which is HECTIC! Lol , but it got done. I wish they would have a separate location, but it makes sense to have it located on the busy hospital for convenience. I would choose a stand alone location in the future though. Great customer service, poor parking in the Emory garage tho and the traffic of too many people in and out the hospital!”
“Post Covid Healthcare is just strange! I see my PCP virtually now and she wanted a ton of labs. For whatever reason they received my name but no actual lab tests came thru on the order. Shae went above and beyond to help me get the lab requisition to save me from having to reschedule an upcoming specialist appointment AND more time of from work. Shae is an asset to your team!!!! Thanks again, Shae!!!”
