I will say that it took longer than expected to get my results back. I took the test last Tuesday. It’s now Monday and I still don’t have the results back.”

I was in and out in about 5 minutes and she told me results would be available within about 24 hours. I cannot recommend this facility enough! Insurance had cost us so much for simple tests and their prices here for basic services are affordable!”

“I have had to get my blood checked quite frequently in the past few months, and I always make sure to come to this LabCorp facility, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. Kym is absolutely wonderful: she never has any trouble finding the vein and I never feel any pain with the blood draw. She is also so sweet with my kids when I have to bring them with me. And even though I am usually a walk in, I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes. Everything is clean, quick, and friendly.”

“The night before I went in this location I spoke with Ms Kimberly best known as Ms Kim, she was a huge help before I even came to the facility love great customer service over the phone, Ms kim mentioned her facility hours including ones close by Incase it didn’t work for me, invited me at 8am but I came at 10 she also remembered our conversation which is another bonus!!!!!!!!!Now today I went for an appointment which actually was considered a walk in, Ashley was on the front desk and she was amazing, very friendly and helpful if question or concerns was needed. Got me in and out entire staff was great I recommend and will be back in the future this type of customer service honestly goes a long way to make people feel appreciate never know what someone days going like and they honestly put me in a chipper mood after leaving thanks again also shout out to Doctor hogan making sure I was in good standing condition she actually cares too cant leave her out!!!”
“Came here to get bloodwork done. Hardly had any wait time and I was in and out incredibly fast. But I really wanna take a bow for the staff here. I never expected to laugh so much once I came in here, Carmen, whilst being professional about drawing blood, spent the time in-between chatting with me and took all my anxiety about needles away. The staff at this location are nothing short of special and I felt right at home the entire time. If I ever need to visit a diagnostic location again I would swallow an entire concrete pillar if it meant it would mean coming back here again.”

“Place was buried in the medical complex very difficult to find. Green deck it is on the first level by P4 then essentially straight across the street from the parking deck.
Mr. Royal did my blood work and with a phobia of needles, he made it quick and as painless as possible. Extremely pleasant demeanor and wonderful bedside manner.”

“I ended up having to book two separate panels of blood tests - one was at 7:50am and the other at 9:40am but they took all the blood needed at the first session and I was grateful for this. The nurse who took my blood was also extremely skilled - the prick felt like rubber vs a needle! I've only experienced this level of skill twice and both times were from nurses at Quest labs -keep up the excellent work!”

“I had a wonderful experience. I made an appointment the morning I wanted to come in. I wanted an early appointment so that I could minimize wait times. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The thing that took the longest was just parking and navigating to the right set of elevators to get to the 14th floor, but no issues with Labcorp whatsoever.
I was ready for it to be a lengthy or frustrating experience and was so pleasantly surprised.”
