I was only expecting to go in to rectify my phone problem that just completely crashed on me but wasn't expecting to walk out with a headache from 1 of the employees son that apparently she brought to work with her! Very unprofessional, had to keep repeating myself, she was totally tuned out while at the register with a baby on her hip that kept crying, screaming loudly & falling out. I love kids but this is unacceptable no professionalism.
