I came and got a phone here and was expecting to only pay $75 a month. That’s what she told me. Make sure you check everything she is adding on because these folks will literally add on extra things to your plan without you knowing just to gain commission. My bill came up to $91 because she figured I wasn’t paying attention and added unnecessary things to my plan. I get it you are trying to get your commission but that is so DISHONEST and predatory.

Wish there was a ZERO star option. I called this store to ask a question about my phone and wondered if they had parking.
The person answered the phone nicely. I said, "Good afternoon, I have a quick question regarding my phone
I have an Android. I waited for her response, comment etc...
The person on the other line promptly hung up. I called right back as I thought perhaps it was a dropped call. I received a fax tone. When I called again, the voice mail answered the call. If customer service is against store policy, then CLOSE the store down.
