That girl Mechelle that works there she don't even like to work she was so rude and disrespectful, I was telling her that they company told me to go to the store to just let them do an online refund when she talked to a representative the man was like no he couldn't hear her as she didn't want to talk to us she couldn't help us at all if they ran the cameras back you will see how rude she was even a service manager was in there on that day it 12-29-2023, and he asked her what was her name she didn't want to tell him her name, she needs better training, or she don't even want her job she had a nasty attitude I will not go back to that location.

I arrived around 10am so I decided to take a chance and visited this location only because I was right next door at Kroger's, The Sales Rep was nice very knowledgeable she eased my worries by signing me up for this program and she was also well equipped with information on all the phones . I did t want to break my bank so I went with the Moto G 2022. This device is very good and it's very sleak I am impressed . I told her Manager that she very nice and that she needed a raise.

I took my friend to get a new phone and it was stolen 9 days later It takes 30 days to get a replacement phone with the insurance so do yourself a favor don't get the insurance Just buy a new phone because really when you think about it what's worse 30 days of complete incompetent harassment or $250 for phone just by the the foam

O purchased their pet tracker after being told ot would constantly charge if hooked up in vehicle, but ot turns out only to be charged with 110 volt home charger. I took it back right away, but they said they could not refund the $20.70 activation fee even though their fault.
