So the poor guy at the desk didn't know how to do is job almost got locked out of his system cause he didn't ask me questions about my account and had to call Ms. Valentina who should be fired because she tried to scam me out of money for a phone transfer. Metro is cheap for a reason and why screw people out of money is terrible for business. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to the one on Ponce, the lady there had me out in 10 minutes and only charged 25 for the transfer. Ms. Valentina needs to be a fired and clean floors for a living for some humility.

Words alone could never express my most heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation for the exemplary customer service that I received from Luis. He is genuinely KIND, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and exceptionally speedy in transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. And above all, he was sensitive to my fear of losing a highly sentimental and important photo album. He comforted me and assured me as he transferred that album FIRST and showed me on my new phone in less than 1 minute that it was secure in my new phone as well as stored in the cloud. I was literally moved to tears with my heart full of gratitude! THANK YOU LUIS! You are AMAZING! I pray that God blesses you abundantly!

“Some of the phones we sell are defective.” Sales associate at this location. Also told me to get a replacement if have to go to a location too far to get to without a car (I currently don’t have a car). They accept returns but only for new customers.Then refused to connect me with the manager.In summary, you’ll be punished for being a loyal customer, and if they sell you a defective phone they’ll make it as hard as possible for you to get what you paid for. And will refuse you a refund. I’ll update once I hear back from the federal trade commission.

Very rude unprofessional and money hungry this guy at this smoke trip told me he is desperate for money. I was like oh word but then I seen his shoes smh Coooooooooooonnnnn he is booting people car after my purchase 15min later harassment. AND IT WAS THE SHOES FOR ME SMH METRO PARKING LOT
