My daughter came in (6/29/25) to activate a phone she got from the Apple store in Lenox and they had a $5 line promo. In total she was charged $65, and did not receive an itemized receipt. he told her “oh i’m supposed to charge you $10 for this esim too but it’s covered, i got you” A breakdown was asked for and he said there’s an Esim fee which does not exist. We live in McDonough so after she got back from the mall we went to our local Metro on old town Way and asked if they could tell us the breakdown and what something like that would usually cost the nice lady said the device change fee is $25 and to reactivate a phone for the $5 dollar line is $15. The metro lady who usually helps us looked at our account and saw that only $37 of the $65 was actually applied. Since they are dealers she wasn't able to get the actual receipt but I feel it is unfair for us to travel all the way back to Lenox to ask for a refund and the itemized receipt and that may not even happen!! So I'm assuming he charged my daughter for something she didn’t Receive and I would really like a resolution!! This is ridiculous.

Andy is the greatest. He's super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend him and this metro location for sure!!!

Was able to get my Prepaid Sim card and get access very quickly. Provided services after the purchase as well.

Amazing Customer Service. Andy and zee were very nice. Helped me with date transfer and had the iPhone I wanted in stock. They have more phones at this location than the others. I went to a couple of other locations and they didn't have the iPhone I was looking for. Thank you once again Zee and Andy. I will definitely be coming back to you guys if I need anything else.

Outstanding customer service. Very familiar with the product. She helped me switching over everything from old phone to new one. Helped with my Gmail and apps. It took sometime but she was very patient. Thank you.

I was a customer of Metro PCS (now Metro T-Mobile) for 20 years. Sadly, when my phone died a couple of weeks ago and I went to the Metro PCS outlet at Lenox Square Mall, the phone I was upgraded to was just too big to be practically carried around. When I went back within 14 days to see if I could replace it, I expected some fees e.g. restocking, but they would do absolutely nothing for me. They didn't even offer me another phone at retail price. They just parroted a rule at me and turned away. After 20 years a a customer, they could not care less so I changed to T-Mobile that day - mainly just to get a phone that can actually carry around. I wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole. It is impossible to get any kind of customer service by phone or email, and their new andorid phones are massive, unwieldy things. Alan McGill

Store was answered by associate Hello then said store was closed an hour earlier than time posted. I will be calling corporate. I understand it is Christmas eve but I had to work my hours scheduled. Thanks T-mobile ?

This place is HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional and would not give me a refund after I was left stranded and service less for a day. They’re service was not working and they would not give a refund for the same day so I could get service that did work. On top of that, the man who helped was extremely rude and unprofessional
