Connie is swift with her responses and knows the product. She was able to find out pricing, product sizing, colors within minutes. Completely opposite of most stone warehouses that take days if not weeks to get back about simple information. She knows what they carry and what product lights up versus realistic color comparisons. Thank you!

We were quite far along in the process of renovating several bathrooms and had spent time choosing our marble, had a verbal quote, a written quote, several confirmatory emails, a signed contract, had paid a large deposit and their people had made a visit to measure and template. It was at this point that the sales person determined that she had made an error in the quote and the bill went up by $2000 (this was her second error - we had already been told of an addition $300). When we pushed back and reminded them of the written quote and signed documents we received a snippy email from "customer service" stating that we could get our deposit back if we didn't want to go forward. In spite of the hassle of delaying the project and rescheduling other steps while we found another marble supplier and fabricator, we got our deposit back and moved on to a different company. Be very, very careful with Miami Circle Marble as a written, agreed upon, signed quote does not mean the price won't go up at a later time when you will be seriously inconvenienced!

We thought this was going to be a great experience as we went to their showroom and found exactly the marble that we were looking to use for two bathroom renovations as well as a remnant for a third. We reviewed the quote, signed the contract and made our deposit. The first warning sign was an email stating that the sales person had goofed and a remnant that we had chosen for a small bathroom was $300 more than she included on the quote. OK - fine. There were a few more emails as we clarified that we were all certain of the details for the three bathrooms. However, the zinger came after they sent guys out to measure, template and take our sinks to prepare for fabrication when they sent an email stating that the same sales person had made another error and their quote did not include the marble for the master bath (even though the document that we signed said it did) after and there would be about $2000 more required. We asked for out deposit back and walked away after rescheduling other contractors... Be very, very careful as a signed contract apparently does not mean much to these people.

My family and I went to this store on a Saturday. There was only one person - John - working/helping 3 or 4 couples which caused extremely long wait times. When he did finally help us and learned what we wanted, he left us abruptly to help another couple that came in after us and he never came back to finish our service. The biggest difference for us, we are black and everyone else wasn't. I'm fine with taking our buying power elsewhere. Very disappointing. We won't be back.

We've used Miami Circle Marble for multiple renovations in our home and have always had an amazing experience, from start to finish. From selecting slabs in the store to fabrication and installation, Chris and his colleagues delivered exceptional customer service and worked with us to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Miami Circle Marble sold me a slab of quartzite that had a 6inch metal scrape through the center of the slab. I didn't notice until after installation and had pictures of the slab on the showroom floor with the scrape clearly visible.

As I'm standing here in the middle of Miami Circle Marble and Fabrication, I'm impressed with the inventory. There are a wide variety of marble, quartz, granite...perfect for anyone looking to replace (or create) new kitchen countertops, etc. Chris was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions. It made the experience not only knowledgeable but pleasant!

This place has a lot of beautiful stone to look at. The selection of Marble that they have in stock is more than I have seen at 3 other locations combined. This is the place to go to in Atlanta for Marble.
