The quality of wash is so back that it will wash out pollen. When u drove back after I went home & ck, I return & they refuse to correct their own error. Horrible wash & horrible service.

Ms.April in customer service is an absolute gem! Everyone that handles the detailing very throughly cleans my car every time. My only complaint is the lack of restrooms, I pay $60 + tip! There should definitely be more restrooms!!!

My suv didn’t have much cleaning needed for the interior but somehow they managed not to thoroughly vacuum the driver floor mat. It’s unprofessional to turn my media on, switch to Sirius xm (which I don’t listen to) and play hip hop music. To top it off, I had some adidas flip flops and they left the shoes in the seat.

I have been on an unlimited car wash membership from a year now. They have increased the membership price without any notification and when I asked the lady who scans membership tag today rudely replied it’s just 4$ and was very rude when I asked her about other membership options and the difference between them.I cancelled my membership with them. Hope the management gets a chance to look at this.Car wash isn’t that great too but had to use it as there aren’t any options near by

I'm a customer for life! During my executive wash, I had an issue with a button on my car that had worn out. Jace (the manager) stepped in right away to help me resolve the issue. My car was in perfect shape for my lease return!

Would not recommend. Paid $40+ for a membership that I will not use. After the interior was "cleaned" I noticed that the interior backseat had not been vacuumed. They did not clean the interior window, the radio, between the seats, the dashboard, or anywhere inside the car. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Paid $43 for an experience I could get at the $4 carwash on Buford up the street. The cleaning was lightning quick but nothing was clean. Crumbs were on the dashboard and food in the door. Absolutely disappointed. Do not recommend and would not return.

I understand that it’s a basic vacuum that they do but for $45 y’all can vacuum the seats & in between. A complete waste of money. I would have been better off going to a $20 car wash & vacuum myself

I regret to say that my recent experience at Mister Carwash, located at 2980 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.On October 7, 2023, I brought in my 2020 black Range Rover Evoque for a complete wash and interior cleaning. As a longstanding member since 2021, I had never encountered issues until my visit to this specific location.Regrettably, upon returning to my vehicle, I discovered that the covering on my gear shift was broken. When I alerted an employee, they asserted that it was already in that state, which was absolutely untrue. The broken part was left exactly as I had found it, which I highlighted with a picture attached.Attempting to file a claim regarding the damage, I communicated with Jace Dailey, the IC General Manager. However, my efforts were met with an unfortunate denial of the claim. Jace's decision was based on the existence of glue residue on the gear shift, insinuating that this justified denying the claim. It was disheartening to receive such a response without any willingness to investigate or offer further support.Furthermore, the manner in which my concerns were addressed was unprofessional, and the lack of further communication or resolution from Jace has been deeply disappointing. The dismissive attitude towards my genuine issue and the attempt to deflect responsibility by pointing out glue residue was unacceptable.I requested a written statement outlining the company's decision to deny my claim, but instead, I received a request for additional information about my vehicle, which has not been followed up on despite providing the required details.In conclusion, based on the lack of accountability, unprofessional handling of claims, and disregard for customer concerns, I strongly advise future customers against entrusting their vehicles to this particular Mister Carwash location. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this establishment.Services: Auto detailing
