I had a fantastic experience touring the apartment with Nhvada! They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Nhvada took the time to show me every part of the property and answered all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how friendly and attentive they were. We were number 5 of the first 10 residents to move into the building in August 2017 and love it here! Have to call out assistance to Nhvada Powell who always greets us with an amazing smile, reports to management and ensures any issues are taken care of immediately. His customer service and follow up is amazing! Thanks so much!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and overall, my experience has been disappointing. One of the biggest issues is communication. You can rarely reach the leasing office by phone—calls almost never go through. The only reliable way to contact them is to physically go downstairs and speak with them in person.
The concierge service is also inconsistent. Sometimes no one is at the front desk, and you might find them on the second floor on their phones instead of helping residents.
There are also a lot of unexpected and questionable fees. I’ve been charged trash violation fees and late fees even when I wasn’t late. It’s very frustrating and unclear why these charges are applied.
The gym situation is another problem. They once said the gym would be closed for two days to change the carpet, but it ended up being shut down for over two weeks—with no refund or explanation. Yet, they still charge high amenity fees.
Utility costs are suspiciously high. My gas bill is consistently over $30 even though I barely use any gas. Base utilities are at least $50 per unit, plus another $20 monthly trash fee—even if they don’t actually collect your trash.
Overall, this place feels poorly managed and overly expensive for the level of service provided.

I recently toured with Nhvada and I had such a great time! Nhvada was super sweet, and the tour was a lot of fun! Overall, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve experienced, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new home!

The place is situated in the prime location at the heart of midtown atlanta and offers a variety of modern amenities.We have 24 hours service in concierge and the staffs are often responsive,security fob access forbuilding/rooms/elevators.The view from upper floors is amazing.The publix is 2 min walk, we have the marta just in 5min walk.As a Georgia tech student it is closer to tech square and bus stops.I love my stay here and would recommend others to

One of the best places to stay around Midtown. Definitely a hidden gem. Amazing facilities, especially the management for cleanliness and maintenance for amenities is impressive. Even when it comes to unforetold incidents, the management team's prompt responsiveness and repair speed is beyond the other apartments I've stayed at around Midtown area.

I was literally about to cancel my lease because the dog park was infested with poop and no one seemed to clean or pick up. It was a land mine. The dog park was one of the main reasons i decided to stay here.Now they installed so many cameras that everyone picks up after their dog, and the park is squeaky clean!!!!! Now me and my pup and actually play fetch and utilize this park! I’m staying!
