  Had great transport company called STS for 3 yrs before that transport was awful and now after 3 yrs of no problems they want to start me riding with other companies not even 1 and always late I miss important appt and the list goes on I have Ivy owners of STS stating she has no problem getting me but now modivecare is... read full comment

  Today is the 3rd time Modivcare has been late or not shown up at all. What is the point of this company if you guys aren't doing your job?? Like, how hard is it to pick up someone?

  Drivers are either late or No Show most of the time. Drivers are rude/disrespect to the elderly. Horrible transportation company. I have reached out to the corporate office and, supposedly, my mother was put on VIP monitoring..... been having more problems then ever since the alleged VIP.
