“Not sure about the store itself but I've had 3 excellent pharmacy experiences - The ladies were very informative and gave effective consults on My wife and sons meds ( one of which I was getting from Walmart they dropped the ball so I can here remembering how well they handled the other )”
“[August 11th, 2020 12:31 am] [walmart jingle] "Thank you for shopping at your local Walmart, we've adjusted our overnight hours so we may easily perform overnight Sanitation and restock so we're ready for you the next day! Please remember to practice social distancing by standing 6 feet or more apart. Wash your hands often, at a minimum of 20 seconds, and frequently to help stop the spread of the plague! You can order your shopping list right from the app or call ahead! If your sick please don't come to the store, and stay home." [outro jingle] "Okay, what was I wanting to get today?" During these past couple of months of isolation, I've grown prone to my internal coaching becoming something I mutter under my breath, luckily this whole mask thing has helped cover up that fact, one I'm very grateful for. (The view isn't special here, certainly no better than any other American parking lot, but it's a view I know best.) "I really wanna pick up that small tree I've seen in the plant section the past couple of times." In these uncertain times, I've decided to take up keeping plants alive, which makes passing time easier. (And yet here I stand, this view, this ground...) My journey today is swift, trying my best to get all I need so I don't have to leave my den for another month. (This is where I always choose to stand. I put my feet where I put my feet before and where I will again and I look out at the horizon.) "Gotta get that cat food so I can try and befriend that stray cat that keeps stalking around the back yard." I also pick up a book with some childhood nostalgia attached to it, hopefully, this sci-fi laced adventure can help me escape the Doldrums of my current day today. The lines backed up into the clothing section, a sea of clothed faces dot the front of the store, slowing moving forward, much like the past couple of days/weeks/months this year. The sound of scanners go off in Sporadic patterns with different tones and tempos, and here I stand. (Somewhere between the void and this waking life is a place I used to live. I hope to get back someday...) [walmart jingle] [muffled announcement plays under the song Richard pulls up on Spotify™ as he finishes his journey home.]”
“A treasure! Hard to describe being transported from a boring strip mall to a vibrant market that feels like a different country. Strongly recommend anyone from Atlanta visit this place at least once, seems like everyone spoke spanish, so ordering food can be tricky, but pointing at things you want ends up working. Many of the food places seem really good! We had empanadas and it was great!”
