Mixed review. I love their products. I've used them on several vehicles. My current F150 has their XB Headlights, Tail lights, Fogs, Interior lights, Side Marker lights and considering their 3rd Brake light. All amazing products. However, my most recent purchase of the XB tails left a bad taste. I tried to take advantage of their trade in program to offset the cost. Their site was offering $240 for my factory LED tails. After they received them, I was sent and email stating they rejected them as they don't take LEDs as a trade, only the halogen versions. Even though it was obviously an option when I submitted the form. I've been trying to get a response from them to send me back my originals or give some kind of credit back even if a store credit to help make this right and I'm getting no help. This is unfortunate as they really do offer great products. Just be cautious if using their trade in program and the customer service side has really failed my expectations.
Edit: I have been contacted and they have gone above and beyond my expectations to correct this issue. I'm very happy this worked out as previously stated their products are the best. I'm beyond happy. A++ on the response and taking ownership. Thank you!!!!!

EDIT: I spoke with a super helpful member of Morimoto who's trying and making headway on what the issue may be. This particular member of the team has went above and beyond to help and it's truly appreciated!
I'll continue to post updates as I receive them and hopefully this will be resolved.
I ordered Morimoto's headlights and taillights in part due to their "Paid to Trade" program. It has been over well over a month since I sent in my old lights and Morimoto still has not sent me my checks for my lights. Customer service said the checks were mailed on May 15th and yet, they can't provide a tracking number, nor is there a phone number to reach the "Paid to Trade" department according to Morimoto's customer service member. What company would mail checks without tracking and what company doesn't have a phone #??
It appears that Morimoto cannot be trusted to honor their programs. They have my OEM, perfectly working lights that I could have resold myself. Instead, they are holding my lights and have failed to pay according to their website. To make things worse, customer service seems to be unable to resolve the issue or escalate the matter to someone who can. Based on this absolute headache, I feel the need to warn everyone to absolutely not to use the "Paid to Trade" program or even purchase from Morimoto.

First pair of headlights I had from these guys were phenomenal. then the headlights started to give me some slight issues but they got it all handled through their warranty and got a brand new pair of headlights within a week or two of starting my claim and i love the new headlights even more. great service, great people, won’t use another brand for headlights again.

I put the xb led hybrids on my 2021 Ram 1500. I love the lights!! Christopher G with tech support was fantastic. Make sure you disable the drls in settings in uconnect. This is essential for them to operate correctly. Thanks Christopher

Awful customer experience....In Nov of 2022 I had 4 banger fog lights installed on my Bronco through a local rep/installer. The lights were both ordered and installed through this dealer. Fast forward to February of 2024 when I noticed one of my fog lights was ~85% dimmer than all my other lights. For more than two months the dealer tried to process a warranty claim (Morimoto requires the dealer to file all warranty claims). After many, many emails and calls (one that was abruptly terminated by a Morimoto customer service agent) I personal got involved. For several more months (25+ emails, 5+ calls) I finally got a response. All I had to do was pay ~$350 an Morimoto would send a new light (2 pack of lights when I only need one), and when I returned the faulty one they would refund my money. To make matters worse, the light that was sent out had a different connection, so I then had to wait 3 more weeks for an adapter cable. After nearly 4 months I was finally able to replace the light. Now the question is, since I know this company is impossible to work with should I just bite the bullet and keep the other new light, and just forget about my $350….
Your response is inconsistent with facts. My dealer did send proof shortly after 1st contact…I have a copy of that email. When I was forced to personally get involved I would write email with great detail, and get a one sentence response, with limited detail that almost never fully addressed my situation. At least five times in my emails I begged for someone to call me to resolve the issue, I also called many times with little help except from one lady who actually listened to what I was saying (but nothing ever came from that). Perception is reality, and my reality is that Morimoto has no value for me.

The products are incredible with the brightness being a huge benefit to me for running lights, brakes, and turn signals. The turn signal can be seen three times further then the factory and it's instantly at full intensity when the turn signal are on instead of of a build up time for the original bulbs. They may be pricey but the price to perform is insane especially on the 921 back up bulbs. Their 1157 and 1156 XB bulbs are incredible they also don't trigger the hyper flash of my cars turn signals without a resistor or led compatible flash relay. The customer service is absolutely perfect with a response by the next day and very helpful.

I purchased HID kit for my Chevy 2500 HD. Big upgrade, however one light stopped working… without hesitation, they sent me my duplicate order and complete light kit again. I would definitely recommend them for the customer service and support. The products are great too!

Got the Gtr ultra 2 have been great for 2 years, then both went out. contacted customer service and, they sent out new bulbs super easy and, great customer serivce. bulbs are very bright, also I would def recommend and 5/5 starts. GTR ULTRA 2 For the win ?

I’ve had Morimoto 2 stroke bulbs for a little over two years, never had a problem until about a month or so ago. I reached out and with out hesitation they sent me new ones, I had a problem with them not going to high beams after installing the new ones, reached out to them again and they have uprgraded so now you don’t need the module I had to have originally. Customer service and shipping on my replacement was excellent. These are some of the best headlight bulbs hands down!! Get em you won’t regret it.

Excellent Experience! We had a customer come to us with an issue that required Morimoto to step in and accommodate a bit of a "fluid situation", and they were super helpful and made sure the whole process was painless and quick.

The XRGB LED Headlights for the Ford Bronco are terrible. I bought a set at the Bronco Stampede in Pigeon Forge for my Bronco and within 3 weeks the driver’s side headlight developed a dead spot. To make matters worse it took 3 days to get a response from customer support.
And then to get a refund, I had to pay for a replacement set and wait until I installed and then returned the defective lights to get a refund.
Don’t buy these lights.

I just shipped off my headlights back as I did not want to modify my fuse box for a wire to be routed without a pinch on the wire. Sad day for me but great customer service and fast!
