It's been a ride. A very enjoyable experience living here. Antonio has been a professional the entire way. I moved here March 2020 to just now me handing over the keys. Antonio has lead the way to the consistency in growth for this apartment. He is a critical asset to this apartment complex! Thanks for the memories!

Listen - no where is perfect, but Morningside Courts is a great place to live in Atlanta.The rent is competitive, the amenities are nice, the location is perfect, and the maintenance team is wonderful.To Jay on the maintenance team: You are the best, and I love that you're a friendly face always saying hi as you're a busy bee running around keeping the place a float. You rock!

I have lived here at Morningside 5 months now and I’ve enjoyed every moment. From day 1, Leon in the office has been amazing answering any and all of the many questions or concerns I’ve had. Although we are in the heart of the city, it’s literally a quiet oasis, amongst a chaotic city. I have no complaints whatsoever. Leon and the staff are always welcoming and their presence makes living here that much more enjoyable!

We have been residents here for a while now. The complex has changed management many times over the years, not always for the better. However, it's currently the best it's been in our time here. Maintenance is on top of things as well. Jay and Keith get it done.

I have been living in this apartment for 5 years, and I must say that my first 2 years here were not the best. However, since Antonio took over as the manager, everything has changed for the better.One of the most impressive aspects is the responsive maintenance service. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they are always speedy in addressing the issue. It's a relief to know that any problems in the apartment will be taken care of promptly.Additionally, the management team goes the extra mile to create a sense of community among the residents. They organize activities and events to encourage us to get to know each other. This fosters a friendly and welcoming environment, making it easier for me to connect with my neighbors.Overall, I am happy to call this apartment community my home. The improvements made under Antonio's management have made a significant difference in my experience. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a responsive and community-oriented living environment.

Do not move here!!! This place is a scam. I’ve lived her since June and I have had multiple problems with my apartment starting with the fact that they rented me an apartment with AC that did not work and a refrigerator that did not work either. My new groceries were spoiled and I was in 90 degree weather with no AC for a few days. They trick you by taking off a huge discount when you move in, to be charged way too much for the condition of these apartments. The apartments are old and dilapidated and need to be knocked down and not renovated any more. The appliances are fairly new however the structure of the building itself is horrible. There are spaces and gaps between the floor and walls and cupboards and corking. There are roaches and other insects that are inside of the walls and floor and you can see them leaving one apartment, going into another one. I had mold in my bathroom and they came and washed it off and said it was fine. I had a leak for more then a month in the wall which I’m sure also has mold and I was told that was fine as well. Maintenance comes quick, however it might take 3 times to actually fix it before something else is wrong anyways. They charge you a trash fee with no valet trash and the dumpster is alll the way outside of the gate. If you live in the back that is atleast a mile or two to walk to throw away trash. The apartment is gas and electric which is a scam in itself because the windows are so cheap no heat stays in the apartment you have to use electric to put a space heater on so u don’t freeze while your heat is on 85 and still not heating up the small apartment. You are charged a fee for electric and when I asked why, I was told it was for the lights outside of the walkways and on the rest of the property. I asked to break my lease the first month I got there and was told I had to put it in writing, stay for 60 days and pay a full months rent. For the price you pay you can live in a way better apartment in the same neighborhood. Do not be fooled.

I really enjoy living in morning side court, the people and staff are friendly. We have no issues with maintenance, Keith is amazing and things are always fixed same day!

***redacted***They have a remarkable staff! Rickaya specifically was a great help, super responsive and patient.Been living here for 6 months & I warn anyone, just don’t do it. There’s a lot of other apartments in this price range that I would suggest to others. Pls b diligent in your search.My rent has been a different price every single month. I’ve put in over 8 maintenance requests since moving in. The bath can’t even be used because of corroded paint all over the drain (and they’ve “fixed” this problem 3 times).
