I had a great experience working with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. I'm disappointed that Mutual of Omaha sold my mortgage loan to Fannie Mae as I was looking forward to being a client of Mutual of Omaha.

Run!Trying to remove my PMI from my mortgage has been intentionally painful. Each time I call in I'm given a different process by each person I talk to. I've had to restart the process more than 4x now. I was sold an appraisal and they never did the appraisal just a letter saying I was denied based on "Needed to provide a list of repairs". No one mentioned this. So I call back, pay $150 again, and this time they reject me for providing the repairs but not putting dates on when each repair took place. I try again, they reject me for not having the amounts for each repair. Each time no one has any idea of the process and I'm assured what I'm providing is sufficient but of course it never is. 2 months into staying on top of this and calling them practically every day and I'm no further off than when i started.If you enjoy dealing with companies that do not support their people, and make simple things annoyingly hard, then you'll love mutual of omaha.If you're looking for someone who values their customers, go anywhere else.

Recently refinanced, this company is awesome!Some comments:Clear , concise information from the first telephone call.Documents required of me were requested all at once.We had some discrepancies that were explained, and also at the same time, solutions wereoffered . I felt the team was proactively working to make my transaction happen.I was advised of progress through entire process.The entire team of MOHM, from start to closing, was professional, timely and very customer friendly.I had a feeling of calm and confidence that my business was important.I have refinanced before and that experience was stressful, one I did not want to repeat.
