I have been wearing glasses over 20 years and worse experience. I felt like I was in some sci fi film. Eyes are important and are integral to health so I would like to be treated like I’m at a health care provider. The staff is not personal and does nothing really at all to help or guide you in the process. The eye appointment conducted via call center was even worse and I was never told it was not in person. The glasses I received lasted about 6 months before it broke at the temple just at random. I will go to a real optometrist and advise you to do the same!

I feel a bit ripped off. I only wanted 6 months of contacts because of my insurance allowance but the employee there insisted I get a years supply because I’d get a rebate from Alcon. Too bad the Alcon rebate was for specific products that didn’t include my brand and now I’m out $200 and it’s too late. Called multiple times, no answer. I’ve been a MyEyeDr customer for years but I’m done. Don’t go here.

Worst experience ever, they said they “call” which they didn’t and make me lose my entire day to arrive there and be told they just decided to cancel my appointment for no good reason. The guy on the front is the most rude person and doesn’t even know how to do his simple job. Additional to that they got my father prescription incredibly wrong. Don’t waste your money!

The office is very clean and luxurious looking from first glance, however, the service here is by far the worst. I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old, I am currently 26 (I say this to show how long ive been going to the eye dr), this is the WORST experience ive had in my entire eyeglass wearing life.The tech had a terrible attitude as soon as I sat down in the chair to begin testing. I feel like processes, procedures, insurance coverages, allowances, and contact lens rebates were not explained properly to me the entire time, it also felt like it was a hassle to ask questions.The doctor himself was nice and knowledgable. Overall, I would not recommend going to this place, save your annual exam for an eye facility that cares more for you.

The lady who greeted me today was very graceful.I cannot say the same for the doctor (old, cranky donkey) or the cashier (unprofessional nose ring).I’m sorry she has to work with them.

From the moment I walked in and before I said anything to her, the woman at the front desk was just rude, short and inconsiderate. Apparently I was interrupting here social media time from what I could see looking down at the desk.I've been coming here for years but will absolutely be finding another company to work with. Unfortunate that is how they think customers should be treated.

Time wasted. I had an appointment at 8AM on a Saturday. When I got there at 8, the doors were locked and all lights out. Waited until 8:30 and still no one. Went next door and got Crumbl Cookie instead so the trip wasn’t a complete flop. Not coming to MyEyeDr again

I been needing my glasses for a while and the fact that the doctor even told me I need them because I need them for work and to see in general. I been coming for 1 week and I can’t get them because the doctor is not there and they can’t give it to me because he/she is not there. I don’t live close, I work, I have my kid, and I can’t go every day since I can’t see that good to drive . Hopefully this gets better

Needed a quick turnaround on new glasses. Called and got a "drop in" appointment with an optometrist who was very helpful and professional. She discovered some anomalies and after giving my wife a new prescription for glasses, referred her to Woolfsen Eye Institute for follow up. We had a much different experience than than the experiences of previous reviewers which suggests they have resolved some of those issues. We received the new glasses in time for a trip to California so thanks for that fast turnaround as well.

Liars. I had an eye exam with contacts and they told me multiple times that I would just pay my copay. After a rushed exam that I’m not very confident will not require major changes, I get a bill with extra fees. It’s not the cost, but rather being lied to and the lack of confidence I have in the exam I received. Had I have know, I probably would have went to a different eye doctor.

The staff here were wonderful and helpful, I haven't been to an optometrist in years and everyone there was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to finish. The doctor (forgive me I forget his name) was thorough and explained everything very well. Patrick helped me pick out my frames(he must have a sixth sense for this kind of thing-they looked great!) And Tonika helped me figure out exactly what I needed and didn't need with my new lenses. Highly recommend!
