Very very nice people working here! I got my acrylic french tips and he did an amazing job and also friendly conversationalist. I'm a bit quiet and shy but the shop workers were very kind. If you need your nails done I recommend them a 100%.

Stephanie Loan(10/10) - it’s the best and I’m not kidding, she’s been doing gel-x for the last three months and I’m just amazed about her job. She is careful and always asking if it is everything looking good, she’s sweet and care about her clients!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER !!
I can say that I finally found my place to get my nails done with my eyes closed. These professionals are great, they take care of the health of the nails. I think it's been almost a year since I got my nails done there and I have zero regrets, which is why I came here to leave my review. In the photos you will see the excellent work. I don't have a photo of my toenails because I don't take photos of my feet. But Stephanie was my first experience, and she introduced me to my favorite color that I also recommend, Funny Bunny, I think this color is extremely elegant. I would like to thank and congratulate all the professionals who have already served me, among them, Stephanie, Wayne, Rose and D, thank you very much. And the entire team at Nails 1st, always very attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend it!!!

Rose is absolutely great, the service is quick and her attention to detail is amazing. She found a perfect color match to the previous color I had. She was so patient with me and made sure I was satisfied with the shape color and design. I’ve been back here twice now and I love it more and more each time. She also did my eyebrows and they look greatttt. She cleaned them up so great my eyebrows look amazing. I also received a pedicure from Tammy and when the water began to get cool down she automatically added more hot water in the bowl. Service is top tier. I love the service here and highly recommend I will be coming back.

I WAS IN ATTENDANCE WHEN VICTORIA DUCK WAS HERE AND HER REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSE SHE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND EXPECTED THEM TO BE AFRAID OF HER BECAUSE SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE HER AND SHE ACTED AS IF THAT WASNT GOOD ENOUGH MAYBE SHE WAS RUDE LOUD AND BELIGERANTE YOU CANNOT TREAT PEOPLE WITH DISRESPECT AND STILL EXPECT TO BE TREATED NICELY…Nail 1st is a nail shop MUST!!!! Top Tier customer service I have been getting my nails done by the Awesome people here for 8 years and can honestly say where ever they go I will be there (I HAVE NEVER WITNESSED THEM HAVE SUCH A RUDE ENCOUNTER FROM SOMEONE BEFORE TODAY!!! SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL) they have every color you can think smooth and calming environment and I never have to wonder if they’re going to get it right THEY ALWAYS DO I Love them if you’re looking an amazing nail shop experience in Atlanta and in the BuckHead area stop here they’ll get you right ? ?

Literally worst service ever I left feeling horrible after being yelled at by the owner and cussed out by two of her customers because I didn’t want to continue my service due to the shape and style I took of my nails and wanted to leave but I was treated extremely unfair . NEVER GO HERE ILL BE MAKING A VIDEO ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS HORRIBLE SALON !!!! I can’t even believe what they said to me
