We used Name Maker to purchase ribbons to be used for a family members memorial service and I'm so thankful I ended up going with them. Since I needed my order to be expedited, I ended up calling them rather than placing the order online which was so refreshing to have a live person to ask questions and go through the order completely. I was met with the most exceptional service from Kelly every step of the way. I'm still just blown away on how much the team at Name Maker made this all happen for us. I initially placed an order for a white ribbon with silver cursive lettering but within hours, I received a call from her saying that production had started the order and had concerns about the legibility of the lettering. Without even asking, Kelly sent me photos of what I had ordered and an alternative lettering in dark gray. It was obvious what I ordered was not the vision I had described to her so I appreciated the extra effort to contact me and work with me so I was happy with the final product. Every step of the way, I was notified via email once my order was placed, completed/shipped and even delivered. In my families time of sorrow, I felt so grateful for the extra guidance and extra hands it took to get a product that I was not only happy with but a product that I know many loved ones can cherish for many years to come. Thank you Kelly and the production team for all your help and the extra effort you made to ensure we got a product that we’d love. I'm a huge crafter so I know this will not be the last time I order from Name Maker. Thank you again, Name Maker Team!

I have used this company in the past and was very satisfied. However, I have now been waiting over 6 months for an order I placed in June 2022. When I first contacted the company after not receiving the order after the expected 5 week timeframe, they were very prompt in their reply and apologized for the delay. 'Supply chain' delays.....ok, I thought. But it has now reached the 6 month mark and the company has not responded to my numerous emails. I even asked if there was another product they could substitute. Still no reply. I have been ripped off of $60.

I ordered specific, PRECUT size iron-on labels. That cost more money as compared to ordering a roll of labels I cut myself. My labels were all irregular in length of size and many had the text off centered. When I reached out to the company they first said I could cut the labels myself. When I reminded them I ordered a specific, precut size, they then requested a picture of the batch, which I sent. That was weeks ago with no further communication. Extremely poor quality product and worse customer service.

This was the worst experience I ever had in dealing with an online order. Im not one to try to make any business look bad but Im giving this company a 1 star review because I do not want anyone to be in this position of wasting their money for products that they may never receive! I emailed their customer service department to inquire about when Id receive my ribbon and if I can receive a refund in case I don't receive the ribbon in time. I was spoken to by a representative who was very sarcastic and unprofessional. In ordering their products, their site will not tell you that it may take a MONTH or so for you to receive your items. The representative said that its in their fine print therefore no refunds will be issued. They're only concerned with taking your money. There are more bad reviews than there good. Please take that as a warning and do not waste your time and money with this company.

HORRIBLE! Took 5 weeks to get my custom ribbon and it showed up CRUSHED! I took a picture and sent it to the company and they refused to issue me a refund or send me new ribbon as they are saying it was a shipping issue not a production issue. Really?! I spent $60 on this ribbon and cant even use it. The ribbon wasn't even good quality if it had not been crushed. Will def NEVER do business with them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company and it's employees are the epitome of laziness. Just try speaking to one on the phone and you'll understand. They are rude and constantly have an un-called for attitude. I've put up with this company for 3 years now because I used them when I first started my business in 2016 and the ribbon I use has now become a part of my branding. Aside from being slow (and forgetting my order a few times that I've had to call and remind them of after waiting over a month for ) on my most recent order they messed up my company name. Totally their fault, totally on them. This is on an order I re-order at least every 6 months and it's a simple "reorder" button on their website. Instead of doing the right thing and fixing it, they refused to correct it. This company is trash, just like where my incorrectly named ribbon is going.

I run an assisted living facility and had been using this company for many years. Up until this last year they were wonderful. I can't place an order to save my life now. I have been struggling with them since December and I finally am just giving up. I don't get responses to email, the fax # doesn't work, the phone # I had on file also didn't work, I had to look up an updated # on the website, and when I spoke directly to customer service I was offered no resolution to the problem. In fact they sent me the wrong labels when I eventually got my delivery. This is very disappointing and I will not work with this company any longer. FYI when I spoke to "Darcy" in customer service she told me her fax and phone had gone out during a storm. It was as if she was working these orders out of her basement. That was enlightening and an explanation as to why she can't keep up with orders.

I did not want to write this but I have had no luck with this company. I placed an order December 13, 2018. I was hoping my daughters "special Santa" paper would come in before Christmas. Well it didn't. No biggy, I probably ordered a little to late. Well New Years Eve and Day has come and gone so I decided to call. I was made aware that any order placed after December 11th would not be processed until after the Christmas holidays. It was no where stated on the website that this would occur. Almost one month later my paper came in. The color print was incorrect. Once again I called the company to make sure I chose the green ink and I did. My call was sent to a girl named Brittney. I told her I ordered my gift paper and the ink was white and not the dark green I chose. She tells me this paper does not come in green ink . When I placed the order that WAS a color option. Well this is the second time my mental telepathy failed me. Brittney did tell me to pick another paper and they would honor "my mistake". Well that's interesting. I ordered a new paper 2 weeks ago, you know what, still haven't received it. Now the company will not return my calls or email, although today is National Toothbrush Day so it's a possiblity they may be closed. Very poor business practices! Renee' Perrodin-Curtis

And I only give it one because I can't give it zero, which is what I have received, $60, 8 weeks, multiple emails and phone calls (recording onthe 800 number and "number unassigned" on the local 404 number) later. Don't use them.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, Still waiting for a order I placed over a month ago. The wedding is in a few weeks and I dont know if I would have the ribbon for my bride's gifts. They lie about the delivery date and the order status. I will never use this company again. I may end up with a roll of useless ribbon if it arrives.

Thanks for delivering our holiday ribbon after the Christmas gifts have already been sent out. By the way, we ordered at the beginning of November. And there was no response when we inquired about the status of the order. I don't see how this place stays in business.
