This is by far a color driven company I had a secure card for 2 year never late never a balance never over. Never I mean never upgraded Wednesday I will be closing this account to move to a company that cares about their customers growth.

Navy Fed advertises that you can receive your paychecks one day early. I have yet to experience this feature. ? Here's why, you have to call them. Check your app to see if there's a pending scheduled transaction and then and only then can they release it. If I'm doing all the leg work. What's the point? All this has to happen on a Thursday to get funds that are supposed to be automatically deposited early ?. ? Navy Fed can not get you your money as advertised until you do all the leg work mentioned above. TIME TO GO BACK TO CHIME! Where checks come two days early with direct deposit. AUTOMATICALLY REALLY NAVY FEDERAL!!!! All this technology and you guys can't get people checks to Them as advertised. Smgdh!!!

Only 2 tellers working the line during midday on a Friday? Terrible! The only pleasant part of this experience was the teller who helped me. I believe his name is Alias.I waited well past 30 mins just to get a $10 cashier's check. I have no intention of visiting this location again.

Wait times are too long. Always a long line. Usually only 2 tellers who don't know what they're doing, with attitude like they're doing me a favor. I'm a 36 year member of NFCU, this branch is the worst of my experience. Please help this place

worst branch i’ve been too so far. idk if they’re overworked and understaffed but the aggravation & resentment towards customers is super apparent. ty really needs to work on his ppl skills because they’re subpar at best.

If you live in the South, odds are you have a very foul mouth [OK, TX, WV, GA, NC, SC+]. There was a time when 2 classes existed simultaneously, now the lower class has completely overshadowed the entire region. They aren't as rude as people from NJ, yet: but they are gaining ground. For some of us, there is NO REASON to get out of bed... one day, you will see exactly what I mean.

Terrible customer service.19 customers in line and 2 tellers working with a store full of employees. Been standing in the same spot for 15 minutes with still 9 people in front of me.Branch Manager aware and sitting in the office not assisting.

Excessive wait times of OVER 10 mins even with 3 Tellers, one of which was ONLY working the Express Service Area! No other banking institutions have we experienced this lack of timeliness in service! To "add insult to injury" the ATM wouldn't even successfully a basic deposit!! Unbelievablely inconvenient & inefficient!

I recently needed to pop into Navy Federal to pick up a check and opted to visit this location. Located in a plaza in Brookhaven, the parking lot directly in front of the bank doesn't accommodate as many cars as one would hope. But when is the bank ever crazy? Apparently only the days when I visit. I lucked up in finding a spot, but when I went inside I saw that the bank was buzzing with customers. At the front door there say a young lady behind a desk who was taking names and the reason for our visit. I'm not sure if I've ever experienced that before at a bank. It definitely was a helpful, effective idea as she started the visit off with a smile and assistance vs. having folks waiting around and just hoping to be noticed. Although it was busy, (there 10 seats in the lobby were all filled! Did everyone come into some $ and I missed my cut? Lol) I feel as though I was only sitting for 6 or 7 minutes before I heard my last name called up. When I approached the counter, I explained my reason for my visit and presented my ID. The teller was friendly and so quick, I don't think I was standing at her counter for more than 5min. She answered my remaining questions and sent me on my way with a smile. So happy I chose to bank with Navy Fed. :)

Best place to get a car, boat or home loan. Their rates are 1-3 points lower than anywhere else around. Refinanced newly purchased GLE from Wells Fargo’s 7.19% down to 4.79% on same length and credit status; only used the dealer’s lender to get $1500 off vehicle price. They’re the one and only place I choose when it comes to buying anything on credit.

I love banking with Navy Fed in general. I’ve only ever been to this branch and there’s always such a long line! I dread when I actually have to go to the bank. Such an inconvenience.

Thank god I had hours of time to burn, this is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. ATM was down and the line only had one attendant. Very slow. Very very slow.
