*Christian Louboutin Boutique* First and last trip to NM and this boutique, specifically. Plain & simple, CLB brand and it's employees care more about the letter of the law than spirit of the law when it comes to returns. Complaint too long to list, just take my word for it and stay away. Will never buy from the NM store, boutique nor brand again. Telling my brand-loving friends, too!

If you are trying to return clothing upstairs don’t come here. I was in line and the lady let her regular skip me because they were purchasing and in a “hurry”. Keep in mind I’ve already been in line for 10 minutes at this point. The person at the register did take her time talking to the lady even though she was in a hurry. 1 star servicePeople at the shoes section were wonderful. I would give them a 5 star

Shops a lot here. Most staff seems nice but there’s one lady who is aggressive. I asked if there’s sales and I know there’re plenty constantly. She said “it’s NM not TJ Max and we don’t do discounts”. Wow what an attitude ? Another of her colleagues was nice and took over helping me.

RUBBISH! I ordered a 3 oz bottle of Jo Malone Cologne as a Christmas gift for my Grandmother, on line, thinking that it would be easy. EENNNKKK! Oh, how WRONG I was... The item arrived on time, early even but OPEN/LOOSE...WTF?! Is this a TESTER or GWP? Who knows BUT it is NOTHING like the PICTURE nor it this indicative of the SERVICE that you would EXPECT from Neiman Marcus!!! It is downright INSULTING!!! $160.00 and NOT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX?! Who does that?! It came as a loose bottle, wrapped in bubble tape. (See Picture) Grandma just looked over her glasses and said "Handle that..." I contacted their Customer Service (More like DISSERVICE) and no one owned the error. The same with the store. No callback, just a lot of run about. AWFUL. Good customer service, like the world, is coming to an end...MUY RAPIDO Now, I am off to ANOTHER RETAILER to get this RIGHT by CHRISTMAS. UGH!! Thanks for lousing things up Neiman Farcus, I mean Marcus... RUBBISH

I am unhappy with Neiman Marcus,,,I purchased a $3500 andn$250 shipping. When it arrived It was NOT as advertised. I asked to return it and it took a month to refund ONLY part of the $3500 plus $250 shipping...I am still trying to get my money back...Do not buy from Neiman Marcus..... The review process will not let me move forward...asking me for aSTAR rating......what the hell?? I aim getting an attorney!!!!

Made an order online for convenience so that I can pick it up real quick. I can't pick the order as promised not even the same day. I can't even change it to delivery. Called the store customer service and they told me they don't deal with online order. called 800 number and chatted online too but no help at all. Some of them they are not willing to listen at all. My best advice is at least avoid the online order.

I purchased Louboutin shoes for my daughter’s HS senior event and paid for two day shipping. Upon not receiving it as scheduled, I initiated Live chat and then spoke to an agent. They assured me they would call the store in CA directly and have them overnight the shoes so she would have them for her special occasion. On the new “delayed” date of arrival, Neiman Marcus sent a cancellation notice!! HORRIBLE SERVICE and it is obvious they have zero control over their inventory system and supply chain. Way to ruin a special moment!BTW, when I escalated to the manager, they offered me 15% off my next purchase. Really NM. This is the same offer if you OPT in with your email.NM, you can do better and your customers deserve more.Don’t order online at NM unless you have a backup plan!

Terrible experience. Made an appointment for alterations and then was rushed to a dressing room and told to change into the outfit before the alterations man arrived. I then sat and waited in the outfit for an hour for him. Upon his arrival he told me he couldn't alter my outfit due to it having 2 wrinkles in the front. I said its wrinkled because I was instructed to change into the outfit and then sat for an hour waiting for you :)
