This company is a true scam. I paid for a 6 hour move that took 11 hours to complete. At the end of the move, that was delayed by numerous issue by moving company, I received a up charge from the original quote of 1950. The owner added extra hours to the move totally 16 hours. Six of the hours were delay by the company due to 3 hour late arrival and a mover injuring himself. A replacement arrived 3 hours later and he was a 300+lb useless mover who took more breaks than he did moving items.
At the end of the move the owner presented me with a invoice higher than the quoted amount and exceeded the work performed. When I confronted him regarding the over charging of the job, he yelled and hung up the phone.
I have seen so many negative reviews on this company illegal practices, that it has to stop. This is fraudulent activity that is being practiced across the nation.

Please do not trust your property with this company. We hired Next Door Relocators to move and store our property temporarily. We paid storage fees monthly, but when it was time to delivery the property to our new location the owner failed to deliver. He charged us $600 upfront for a deposit and has yet to deliver our items.
To be clear, we’ve been more than fair because we’ve been waiting for 44 days as of today. Totally unacceptable! The owner said his big forklift is broken and had to be repair, which is the reason for the delay. I called the owner last week for any update and I was informed that he would bring our property 3 days ago. Unfortunately, we still do not have our property. We will be taking legal action next.
Please save yourself the headache. Find a trustworthy company.

This company engages in deceptive pricing practices. I was quoted $750 for my move after providing accurate details, but the final bill was $1,200—shared only an hour before completion.
In addition to flat fees for “mileage” and “travel,” I was charged for non-moving time, including the movers sitting in their truck, stopping for food, and taking a lunch break—all without my knowledge.
Despite raising these concerns, the owner, Michael, refused to adjust the charges. As a seasoned customer of moving companies, this was my smallest move but the most overpriced and inaccurately billed. Avoid this company, as similar complaints are common.

WARNING…. Do not use this company. I booked them over a month before my move and the day of my move they try to cancel after I called to see where they were. My move was pushed back several hours (after I made a fuss about it) and once I got the furniture in the new place I see that many pieces were damaged. It was documented and I was told the owner would reach out to me the next day. Well a couple of days later I reached out to the owner about it and he offered a small refund. I accepted it and here we are 2 months later and I still haven’t received my check. First it was oh let me check with the office because it was mailed. Then it was we have to mail it but I will hand deliver it. Michael the boss hasn’t kept his word and now hasn’t returned my messages. Horrible service!!! I don’t recommend this company.

The estimate was way off and ended up being double the time estimated for double the pay. Even after telling them more than once to put things in certain rooms they left big heavy items in the wrong rooms and didn’t set up all the beds. Left my mower at the other house along with other big items. Drank about 8 waters of mine between all the movers and left the bottles in my yard.

They never took a break from their working hours and weren't charged for the break time. They wore name badges and carried themselves professionally.
