Dishonest thieves. Broken multiple items, damaged furniture and tvs. stole my sons iPad. Claims to be an hon was t man of God, just a liar. Gives you the run around. Jesus, aka Michael the owner said he would make it right many times. Nope, all bs. he's a manipulator and sounds great at first. once the items are on the truck it's a whole different story.

On April 29, 2023. I hired Next Door Relocators. During the moving process a large floor standing mirror was damage. Michael Usuriaga assured me that they would replace the mirror or get the mirror fixed. I contacted Michael again in May 19 concerning the replacement of my mirror. I was told the mirror was in the process of being fixed. Michael told me that they work with a glass replacement company when something like this happen. He said he would call me when It was ready.I called again on June 2 several time. Michael had intentionally. Ignore my phone calls. I left a voicemail and didn’t receive a call back. I decided to call from another number and he promptly answered the phone. I told him I was following up on my mirror. He stated that the mirror wasn’t ready yet. I called again on June 16th (from another number because he wont answer calls from my number. This time he stated the mirror was ready and he would bring it to me on June 24th. Micheal didn’t bring the mirror, I called him again to find out what happened. He stated he was too business to bing me my mirror. He stated he would bring it on July 1st. Today is July first and he hasn’t called nor is he concern about my mirror. I paid $1100 for less than a 5 mile move. I was quoted $850. I don’t recommend this company. Michael has lied to me multiple time and he avoids my phone calls.

Another victim here. I got into this situation without reading the review. Same story, they quoted for 2446.00 with all the item listed on the quote. They did not mention any thing about price change while loading in Tampa. Once reached Miami, they send me new quote with about 6600. They threatened me over the phone. Unfortunately I had one small bin with my family picture, so I was forced to payoff to unload. While unloading the manager calked me, they will not reassemble the furniture or place the items where should be, after long conversation agreed. Within half hour, they dump every on the street and left. One mistake I did was I paid all extra money before unloading from truck. These people don’t keep word or contract. Come on dump every thing in the street after paid all their extra, with out informing. Worst and worst. What do they need? No idea scanner scammer. Long story short, keep away from this mover at any cost. Not a worth an ordeal.

Completely incompetent! Completely inept! Completely dishonest! Completely devoid of any integrity! This move was a complete disaster. I really do try to have a positive outlook and think people are good humans, but my mindset is typically one of caution. Next Door Relocators cemented that cautious mindset even deeper. When my son's move went terribly wrong, I pitched in to help with the disaster left by the movers. What their site claims was certainly not even close to what we experienced; we experienced the complete opposite. THEIR CLAIM: Our TrucksAll our trucks are 24 ft 26 ft and each truck is guaranteed to contain moving blankets, tools, 4 dollies, piano dolly, mattress bags at cost, wardrobe boxes, straps and special moving equipment on board. Our well trained movers and fully equipped trucks will make your move go smoothly and above your expectations. We Offer YouFully licensed, bonded and insured moving personnel and moversClean state-of-the-art trucks stocked with the proper moving pads and equipmentFree on-site quotes and estimates for home and business moving and packing servicesMove orientation services with packing and labeling training for employeesYour Moving ExperienceYour moving experience is of the highest priority to us, and we will do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectations. We have the systems in place to make your move run smoothly. We will work hard to earn your business. OUR EXPERIENCE: BROKEN, SOILED ITEMS, ITEMS JUST TOSSED INTO ROOMS, DRAGGING FURNITURE RATHER THAN LIFTING, REFUSAL BY MOVERS TO WRAP FURNITURE, MISSING IPAD, DENTED, SCRATCHED WALLS, MOULDING KNOCKED OFF STAIRS, BROKEN DRESSERS, BROKEN TVS, ETC... I was so dismayed by the disastrous move that, I phoned Michael [president of Next Door Relocators] to come up with a resolution. My son has incurred thousands of dollars of damage, but he was willing to settle for $350 - just to be done with the matter. At one point during our conversation Michael asked me "Why was this a last-minute move, why did your son not plan properly and have to ask us to help the day of" I felt like he was inferring that he saved my son, and the piss poor quality of work was my sons fault, and that he did the right thing by providing them with movers [regardless of the quality] - like he was a hero. He was trying to make an excuse, that the lack of notice made it okay to damage property. [side note: my son did plan, he had had movers for weeks, who unfortunately experienced truck and worker issues, and they failed to show up last minute] It does not matter how much lead time a moving company has for a move, either you have quality workers who care, or you don't. It is true that Michael offered to send better movers the next day to pick up where the shoddy movers left off. The issue was that the damage was done, and my son was not willing to take another risk and suffer further damages. Michael asked what we preferred help from new movers, or a portion of money returned. We chose the latter. Throughout the call, Michael droned on and on about what an honest human being he was, how he was here to help people and he had no problem refunding some of the money. Well, it's been 9 days and there has been no refund and we have been given the run around over and over. [see my last text with Michael]. Michael promised to do the right thing BUT his words are empty promises. My son did not sign the form at the end of the move stating that everything was fine [despite Michael's movers trying to strong arm him into doing so] and in fact my son listed all the damages for reimbursement but to no avail. Michael has repeatedly ignored my sons request for his insurance companies' information. I caution anyone who chooses Next Door Relocators, you might end up with the same experience my son had. You may want to make sure you have your attorney on speed dial and get Michaels insurance information upfront - without it you could be stuck holding the bag for his people's negligence. Don't be fooled by this company and their

I must say, dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. From the very beginning, their level of professionalism was severely lacking, and their behavior quickly escalated to harassment. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered.Firstly, I was bombarded with incessant phone calls from the company, even after I made it clear that I was not interested in their services. Despite my repeated requests to be removed from their calling list, the calls persisted. This type of aggressive behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in any business.Furthermore, when I finally decided to engage with the company to address the issue, their employees displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and respect. The conversations were filled with condescending tones, dismissive attitudes, and even offensive language and lies. It became evident that customer satisfaction and basic decency were not a priority for this moving company, and I was yelled at telling me that atleast the persistent calls made me answer after claiming to not have called me back to back anyways. The unprofessionalism and harassment I experienced greatly impacted my overall moving experience. Moving is already a stressful process, and dealing with a company that treats its customers so poorly only adds to the frustration.I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Next Door Relocators to reconsider. The negative experiences I encountered should not be overlooked. It is essential to choose a moving company that values professionalism, customer service, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, Next Door Relocators failed on all counts.I hope this review serves as a warning to others, and I sincerely hope that [Moving Company's Name] takes steps to improve their practices and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

Our recent encounter with Next Door Relocators can only be described as an absolute disaster. From start to finish, their unprofessionalism and carelessness surpassed all expectations. We're sharing my experience in order to save others from the same nightmare. To set the scene, the last moving company we used had the same number of people and it took about 3 hours to move us into a rental 5 minutes down the street. We stayed in the rental for 6 months until we found a new home to purchase. During that 6-month timeframe, we sold and donated a lot of our furniture so this move should have been a lot easier, plus our new neighborhood was only one block from the rental so the move should have been quick. In fact the owner, Michael estimated the job based on our home (described over the phone) around 3 hours as well. Despite all of that - these incompetent movers took well over 8 hours; they purposely milked the clock to increase the fee [and mid move they refused to move any other furniture until we paid them]. The extent of damage caused to my furniture was appalling. Dents, scratches, and even broken pieces were just a few of the unpleasant surprises awaiting me when I unpacked. It is evident that NDR lacks the basic skills and respect required to handle people's belongings. They completely compromised the structure and integrity of our furniture. There were multiple instances of broken glass and dishware [my mother cut herself on broken glass from a box that was labeled as fragile being tossed around]. It is beyond comprehension how a moving company can fail so spectacularly at handling fragile items. Next Door Relocators displayed shocking levels of blatant negligence and a complete lack of expertise. The unprofessional behavior displayed by the Next Door Relocators crew was nothing short of infuriating. Boxes were thrown into rooms without any regard for their contents or fragility. It was as if they were playing a game of "let's see how much damage we can cause." They failed to fulfill their promise of assembling the beds, leaving it up to us to do in an exhausted state. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority for Next Door Movers. They could not figure out how to move basic things like a refrigerator, dresser, or couch. Despite being told multiple times, they did not wrap our furniture, resulting in scratches on nightstands, dressers, and cabinets, as well as torn slip covers from dragging my couch and stepping on the fabric. Failure to wrap another, white Restoration Hardware sofa, resulted in leaving black marks on it - from where they brushed it on their grubby walls and floor of their truck. To make matters worse, they showed an astonishing disregard for the home I was moving out of. Dented and scratched walls greeted me at every turn, bearing witness to the utter lack of caution exercised by the Next Door Relocators crew. Moldings on the stair rails were not spared either, a piece was broken off by their utter lack of skill and haphazardly bumping into walls. I am now left with repainting the damages and repairing the stair moldings and potentially the flooring. Floors in both homes were scratched and scuffed by their constant refusal to lift the furniture, opting to push and drag instead. Doesn't stop there, the new home driveway was a foreign concept to them. They spent nearly half of an hour trying to Macgyver the driveway despite our very basic instructions. To the point that neighbors were coming outside wondering what was going on... The street and my driveway were left gouged and scrapped, they even broke the lift gate on the "bosses" truck. These guys must have been picked up off the street, total amateurs with poor work ethic and no care for peoples valuables. Will say, the kids had some manors, at every instance of damage that was inflicted to our home and valuables they did become giddy like children and apologies to my husband; however, never showed any sort recourse only continued to disregard our attempts to protect our belongings via simple instruct

Horrible horrible horrible people and company. My dad used this company to move his inside the state of Florida and they tried to charge him close to 8,000 dollars after quoting him a price of 3,000USD. They sent a lowball quote that seemed reasonable seeing as he had moved all of the same things from the state of New Jersey to Tampa in the state of Florida for around the same price. They show up at 6pm after saying they'd be there at 10:30am, my parents had to stay the night in a hotel due to their delay and was assured that their credit card payment advance along with another 1,000 dollars they took from him in cash would go to the balance due. Instead the next morning they showed late, smelling like weed and refused to give us our things if we didn't pay them another 6,000 dollars on the spot. We called them multiple times and that horrible woman Cindy even said I don't want to talk to you, I'm sending you to the billing dept.( where she would answer herself again by the way after putting you on hold) and changed the price down multiple times when we threatened to call the police which we ended up doing. After making us take out a cashiers check for 3,700$ they asked us with such audacity in front of the police for both the top and bottom including the damn original receipt for record of our payment!!!! When we said you can take a picture they said what if you stop the payment?? They are fully aware of each and everything they do!! Finally this horrid, unprofessional and disrespectful Cindy lady tells them to drop all of our things on the side of the road and they dump all our furniture and purposely left some screws and stuff out and damaged and pissed on some things!! We are absolutely going to take some serious action and have filed all necessary reports that we could using the help of our such nice local police officers who saved theday!!ABSOLUTELY TOTAL SCAMMERS who made my poor old parents cry and absolutely suffer for totally nothing when they would have been willing to pay any price if they had been told about it before!!! these people look for vulnerable people who don't know anything about this country or expenses and try to scam them into giving as much money as possible!! Another funny thing how is it you take credit card and cash when you want but when the police show up you say you can only handle cashier check, cashapp or zelle????? Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Also they think they can strong arm people into being silent but do not understand they cannot undermine everyone like this I hope pure hell rains on you guys horrible horrible people!! Also the scam they have now is based out of Florida not Georgia they probably got scared off assholes!!

A complete scam. They charged us $4700 instead of $550 and held us hostage with our stuff. The guys loaded what we had and went to new house. Then they said pay us $3,700 else we cannot unload. They only accept cash or Zelle. Zelle limit is $2,500. You cannot get cash at 10:30pm from a bank. They went home with all of our stuff. Next day they added another $1k for redelivery. When they came they took the cash and dumped everything in the garage. You cannot argue or dispute anything with them. The truck driver is black and is invoke in scams. Please see the attached video of him. Avoid them at all cost unless you want to pay thousands of extra dollars. They arrived at 5:30pm instead of 9am which is another issue by itself. We also had to hire new people to move stuff from garage to other places in the house. That cost us additional $1,000. If you are reading, avoid it at all cost. Other reviews are fake and they are written by their fake employees

This company is excellent. I was trying to find movers that would not burn a hole in my pockets. I was blessed to find Next Door Relocators. Michael was extremely helpful and fair. He really helped me out with a great price. The movers were wonderful, kind, and extremely helpful as well. I am so happy I found Next Door Relocators. I recommend that you use this company 100 percent. I needed extreme help with moving and they really saved the day. No complaints.

Given an estimate under $900 when we got to the new location they wanted to Bill me 3 times that amount & threatened to take my stuff away to storage if I did not pay. They do not accept credit cards, you can only pay with cash or zelle. The reason that I assume they don't take credit cards is because way too many people want to dispute the fraudulent charges. I offered to pay them 90% of the bill and the other 10% the following day because the bank was already closed and having a newborn baby with us they still refuse they have absolutely no empathy. You have been warned.

I hd to select a star to post this HOWEVER!!! Definitely NO STARS Deserved. This company is THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THE WORST. Movers. They kept adding to my bill after quoting me a price for the job. They are a VERY Dishonest Company. They use very Vague clauses in the contracts to keep adding to your bill. Please be careful. My experience with them was the Worse. The movers that they contract with came with my thhings but when they could not back in to get to my storage, they put my things inside the gate. Not in the storage unit. Please . I blame myself in a way because I DID NOT ASK FOR CLARITY BEFORE . I learned a very costly and valuable lesson and that is before signing any contract with Movers take a day or two look over that contract if you have to pay someone to explain it thoroughly to you, it will be worth it in the end paying an attorney to look over contract is much better than being robbed in plain site.

I requested a quote from a generic platform. Every other company that called was professional and did not harass you. Totally different experience with this company. 3 weeks later still receiving harassing phone calls multiple times in a row. Followed by many emails. I have your information I will let you know. When they call and I say I am not interested they state you don't know who I am. Yes I know you call me all day everyday and I know I will not do business with a company like that. They hang up. Only to call again at all hours. This company is a nightmare and they need to rethink their marketing plan. Harassing potential customers is not the way to do it. Please just stay away from this company this is not good business practice. If they call me again I will go to the BBB and beyond.

The biggest scammers out there. No matter what, do not move forward with this company after getting a low estimate. Their contract is very deceiving and the final charges were 3 times more than the original invoice. Things that were discussed on the phone were not honnored and the customer service manager Cindy, was extremely rude.
