About Nfinity Athletic
Nfinity Athletic is praised for its attention to detail and thoughtful design. The company creates high performance fabrics that out-perform competitors while keeping fashion. Customers note that the shoes are great and that customer service is great, quick, and above and beyond. When a shoe was broken, the team fixed it quickly, and when a product arrived in the wrong color, the return request took a long time but the company apologized and let the customer keep the item. The platform is well-functioning and the products are top-quality. A young employee helped a customer with a purchase, welcoming them and making sure a daughter could try on cheer shoes comfortably. Another customer said the query was dealt with well, though it took a while, and the outcome was perfect. The company is reputable and its customer service is stellar, locating glitches quickly.

Customer service was extremely responsive and processed our exchange quickly. Recommend ordering up 1.5-2 sizes due to an inaccurate size chart (not just our experience but other cheer team members as well).
