Love the merchandise selection in this store, but why is the women’s bathroom always like a truck stop?
I saw an employee in there waiting in line and she wasn’t even willing to use the urine filled stall. Who is responsible for cleaning, the bathroom here is always gross!

This is the worst Nordstrom Rack I’ve ever been in! Have asked two people, that I had to go on the hunt for, to unlock the sunglasses case… 20 minutes later I’m still standing here. This is not the Nordstrom Way.

I recently received a pair of shoes from Nordstrom Rack that I ordered online, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size and arrived without a receipt or packing slip. I visited the Buckhead Station location in Atlanta, where I was assisted by Isaiah. He was incredibly polite, professional, and patient. Isaiah went above and beyond to locate my transaction using their integrated POS system and the card I used for the purchase. In a time when genuine customer service is rare, Isaiah was a true standout—committed to resolving the issue and ensuring a smooth experience. I sincerely hope Nordstrom Rack’s management team recognizes and commends him for his outstanding service. Thank you, Isaiah!

Went down here yesterday for the first time with my family to find some shoes. After trying on a bunch of shoes I slipped my foot in this pair like I would any other just to have a special surprise waiting in the heel for me.
A inch long security pin nail was faced up and lodged in my heel.
I was a little upset but I didn’t cause a scene, I’ve put a nail through my foot before but I wasn’t on a construction site, I was in a shoe store trying not to bleed all over their floors lol.
Asked a lady if she worked here and she said “Not my section” and continued to walk away until I voiced my situation a little clearer and louder!
Eventually the manager came over and gave me a bandaid and said sorry, I didn’t ask for a discount on the shoes I wanted but I feel like 10% or something like that would of been cool for our troubles🤣. Instead I left while I still had one good foot and didn’t buy a thing.
PSA check your shoes before you put them on or you’ll end up with a tetanus shot and sore foot.
