Normally, my experiences are exceptional at this store. Knowledgeable sales associates always willing to help. However today I found some items on 40% off rack. Tried them on, I liked them, went to buy and was told that they’re not part of the discount. I wish they would put some tag on there so you don’t waste time trying on clothing that were purposely or inadvertently placed on a discount rack

Used to be a very frequent Nordstrom shopper at phipps until now. Service has become abysmal. I used to shop in the beauty department weekly, but have noticed they are always understaffed, and the employees that are there are either too busy to help or don't bother to. I spoke to one who informed me that Nordstrom cut their positions, pay, and hours. If Nordstrom wants to succeed at satisfying customers they need satisfied employees. Will be taking my business to Saks from now on.

Always a 10-Star Experience at Nordstrom!
I absolutely love shopping at Nordstrom. They always have exactly what I’m looking for—and usually more! The sales team, especially in the men’s department, goes above and beyond. They’re great at suggesting different styles and fits I hadn’t even considered.
Their return policy is hands-down the best in the industry, making every purchase stress-free. Plus, they offer on-site alterations, have their own restaurant, and parking is super easy. Pro tip: download the Nordstrom app to keep track of your purchases and rewards.
Looking forward to my next visit—and if you’re reading this during the Anniversary Sale, GO! It’s the best time of the year to shop.

Nimah at the MAC counter is the best!! Not only is she a joy to be around, she color matched me flawlessly. You can tell she has had a lot of training and knows exactly what she is talking about!

I revived 5 star service from Ava. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and fashion. She made it the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. We need more Ava’s in ALL stores.

I was searching high and low for a blouse to wear under a suit for an upcoming work event. I found a shirt online that said it was currently at this store and I went in and asked Tracy (I believe) where the shirt was. She took me over to the brand for that rack and it wasn’t there. Then, she noticed the blouse was on clearance and took me over to the clearance section where we both looked with another employee whose name I didn’t catch. She suggested to Tracy that the shirt might be on a rack in the back. While Tracy went to check the rack, the other woman helped me pick out shirts that would look nice with my suit. Finally, Tracy came back with the shirt and another option because the shirt I originally came in looking for was only available in a size that was too big for me. They both are amazing and I really appreciate them going above and beyond. They could’ve easily told me there’s nothing they could do if the shirt wasn’t on the brand or the clearance rack.

Went to 4 different employees before someone was willing to do my return. Half of which were behind registers yet still redirected me to other registers with nobody working. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience for a me as I’ve been shopping at Nordstrom since I was a young kid and always received great customer service at many locations until today.

My experience with Bernie Canino, the store manager, has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out to him regarding a pressing service issue, he only returned my call after weeks of silence, and only when I threatened to escalate the matter to corporate. This lack of communication and accountability is alarming, especially for a brand like Nordstrom, which prides itself on customer service. Rather than addressing my concerns directly, Bernie deflected responsibility and directed me to customer service, demonstrating a clear disregard for my issues. It’s disheartening to see a manager so disconnected from the values of the company, prioritizing his own agenda over the satisfaction of customers who contribute to the store's success.

The Men's department here is always a great place to shop. I was helped by Khalil, who was attentive but not overbearing.
I forgot my Nordstrom card as I'm prone to do. However, I love that they're able to look it up for you.
Overall, I had a great experience.
