Never bought anything there, I don't think it would fit anyway. Just a walkthru , while I handle other business. They got a bar on the third floor but I've never been there. They also have a coffee spot. I do enjoy that

Esten at the Sisley cosmetics counter was more than helpful to me. I was interested in purchasing Chanel makeup, but the lady at Chanel seemed uninterested in assisting me (answered my questions with one word responses and had an attitude), so I asked Esten for assistance. Despite not working for Chanel, she went out of her way to talk to me about the various products and helped me choose the right one for my concerns. She had amazing customer service and a beautiful personality. Thank you Esten!

Lovely store with a decent selection. I was in makeup area and ladies lingerie. Nice clerk, she didn't know much and had to ask others where things were, etc. but I appreciated her service and willingness to help. Hard to find that these days. We ate at the cafe for lunch. Good salad but service was painfully slow. Still a nice day out overall!

I paid $90 to have my gown hemmed! The hem is completely crooked, the back of the dress is shorter than the front! The right side of the dress is an inch longer than the left side! I brought my dress back to get it realtered and the girl wanted to have an attitude about it so I just left!!!!! The is extremely infuriating from Nordstrom!!!

I will be a Nordstrom customer for life! While everything isn’t always perfect, Nordstrom is the most respectable and trustworthy department store to shop at. I had placed two rather large orders for custom suits, and, after quite a few less than stellar experiences, Nordstrom recognized the experience was falling short and offered to make it right without me even saying a word or asking for them to do so. The assistant manager in the men’s department helped us, and he acknowledged this isn’t the way Nordstrom strives to deliver. I have shopped with Nordstrom for many years, and this is why.

Someone canceled my online order without me being notified. I called Nordstrom for 2 days and was told that my order was being processed and there was a delay in curbside pickup. Customer service at the location is the worst ever. I'm very disappointed ?
