Nice little shop. Don't expect junk items. They carry nicer decor.

Nice store, however they like their inventory too much. Over priced on so many items I quit searching.People are super polite and helpful though.

The best upscale consignment in Atlanta!

They are very selective in what they accept, as they know what they can sell. I've consigned at three North Atlanta shops, and feel I get more value for my high end items at Now & Again. I submit my items to them first. They do their research before pricing. Read your contract, and give them a call at the end of your period to make arrangements to pick up anything not sold.

Be very careful to read the fine print on their contract! I had a nice oriental rug there, priced around $1500, and had not heard from them regarding its status so I stopped by to inquire today. The sales person looked up the item and told me that it had sold, which I thought would have been good news. She then advised me that after 8 months unsold items became 'store property' and that it had sold 2 weeks ago in the 9th month.I am a Sandy Springs resident and live 3 minutes from their location. A little basic communication would have been appreciated. The only communication I received was her being seemingly perturbed that she had to repeat the 'store policy' twice. I had other items that I was considering consigning, and I still will, just not there.

Great place to shop but don’t sell there! Horrible communication and they will not mail or keep checks for long. I’ve lost $$$$ here. Beware.

I'm surprised by the reviewers who sign the agreement to consign their furniture and say they didn't know or don't like the way it works so they write a bad review. You agreed to the terms when you brought your stuff to the shop. The shop has been open for over 30 years and has some of the nicest furniture in Atlanta.

If there were no stars I would have done that. I would not use this business to sell anything of value. I listed a higher end furniture brand dining set with them. They forgot to list one side chair on website, lost in showroom somewhere. So they showed for 2 months with only 3 side chairs. They also displayed poorly, leaving 2 arms chairs hanging from ceiling!! The owner was very rude and non-professional to me when I asked why they did this. Owner threw the blame back on me, insisting I pick the furniture up. There are other consignments around, so if you want to sell, don't put it here!! If you read the other "one star" reviews, all of us can't be wrong

What a wonderful place! Such caring staff and a beautiful selection. Come here for Edward's and Victorian styled pieces. Not so much modern. There are some good values here. While the facility is wheelchair accessible, calling ahead will let them ease the way.Find something truly elegant and well made!

Iv'e been shopping here for years.Out of all of the home decor consignment stores in Atlanta, this one has the highest quality and the most diverse assortment of art, rugs, lighting and furniture. Lamps are priced very fairly compared to retail prices. I've shopped at the very few other consignment shops in Atlanta and none compares to Now & Again.Since everything is consigned and previously owned, I don't understand why people have complained about not being able to get a refund. Check the item out before you buy it. That's your responsibility. Don't shop for used items with the expectation of finding perfect condition. It's unreasonable. Go to Home Goods or IKEA and buy plastic imported furniture that you can easily return.
