Terrible customer service. Stood at the print department for over 20 minutes before I was addressed by the extremely rude Print Manager. After getting a short rude response, she was still of no assistance. Customer service training needs to be a mandatory priority for all employees.

The worst and I mean worst customer service experience possible. I walked in and asked the workers nearby if I could check something out because they were standing nearby. One girl let out a long sigh and said “I don’t want it to be my turn”. Okay. Then I went and did the self service printing where only one printer of the 3 was working. Every worker nearby said they couldn’t help and we would have to work off that one printer. Okay. Then it didn’t print out my receipt and I needed it so I asked the cashier and she called over her supervisor or someone else and they said “did you wait? Did you press print” not sure if they thought I was an idiot. She had to print it using my card, at least I got it. While I waited for that, a baby somewhere in the store cried and a worker right near me said “oh my god shut that baby uppp!” Is this for real? I was dumbfounded. Like literally was in shock. I work in customer service. This was the worst store in the world. Whole staff needs to be let go.

Tried to get printing services done here. The employee didn’t greet or say anything to me, waited about ten minutes for help and she never acknowledged me so I left and went somewhere else.

Aside from the fact they only had one cheap, outdated alarm clock to choose from in the entire store; the bathroom in this place was just absolutely unacceptable. Smelly and dirty with no paper towels nor hand dryer. Absolutely unprofessional.

Simply the worst experience ever in an Office Depot. The staff was very rude and not willing to help. Each question I asked I was given a short rude response. Finally after an off duty employee saw my frustration he assist. Those in printing and checkout need to be trained on how to provide customer service or go elsewhere for another job

On January 27, 2025 around 2:45 pm, I tried calling this place several times about a pickup order. Whoever was in charge of answering the phone at the time kept answering and immediately hanging up. At first I thought it might be their phone having an issue, but no. There were a few instances where I could hear someone answer the phone and I could hear background noise of the store, and they would hang up the phone. I don’t understand what I did to deserve that. It’s not like I was being rude… I didn’t even get a chance to speak to anyone! I now want to cancel my order.

Office Depot is a wonderful shopping center in the USA. So many unexpected items are available with best and affordable price. Friendly staff and excellent ambiance of the showroom.

Absolutely unacceptable. Put an order in for overnight DAYS prior to actually needing pick up. Heard nothing from anyone. Came the day AFTER it was scheduled to be complete, nothing was finished. Was told manager was coming at 11 and could get it done, called at 11:45 for them to tell me that it would be another hour because they didn’t have what they needed. I’ve heard nothing from anyone and have had to follow up. Terribly unreliable.

I was just here at 1:38pm 10/9/24, so this is for the cashier who was working the counter at this time. She needs to be re-trained or terminated. There was a very long line of customers and instead of trying to quickly get the line down, she decided to stand there and socialize and look for coupons instead. It's staff like her that makes companies look bad. Do better!

I could not print because the printers were not acting properly. There was not enough staff to fix it and I had to go.

Stopped in to pick up 4 printer cartridges, and only 3 were in stock although inventory showed all. Inefficient process for purchasing cartridges and a total lack of customer service from an employee made this visit less than productive.
