The worst store ever. All of the employees are slow especially the managers. Tony is unprofessional and has poor communication to be a manager.

I've shopped here many times ever since they first opened, this was my first bad experience. Went to check out and no registers were open and no employee's present so I went to the register at the copy center where there were employees present. After waiting for a short period the lady there told me that I needed to check out at the front register, I pointed out that those registers were not open and no one was at the registers, she rather rudely replied " ell I wil page someone". After proceeding to the front registers and a brief wait a lady came to the register and checked me out. Thought it was bad service to not have someone at or nearby to take a customer's money.

The worst experience! The lady tells me to go online and make the cards through Canva. Turns out , Canva is not used in the store, and she gave me the run-around for an hour and a half. Don’t go to this store for anything you need done for business!

POOR, rude and dismissive customer service with me about my prints for my Dad's obituary. I'm very disappointed with how I was treated. This isn't my first bad customer service experience but today was my last straw.

Terrible customer service! I do not waste you time. It took me 30 minutes to promote 4 documents because I kept receiving an order cancelled notification … when I finally decide to ask for assistance after about 15 mins the lady behind the desk said per corporate updated policy it was nothing she could do to assist me if the printer was was having sever issues. There’s no way that’s possible. Technology has made these workers jobs minimal and they still choose not to help during an inconvenience. I called 800-go depot while in the store and still decide to leave a review because this was such a terrible experience !

Customer service is terrible. The printing services is terrible. No one ever wants to do their job. With every question they point to the self printer machine. The cashier did not know how to ring up labels for price match and didn’t know how to check out.

Service was horrible. I was looking for something and 3 employees walk passed me and not even ask did I need help. I walk up to check out and I was greeted by a caucasian young male that was eating while talking to me. I said something about the service I didn't get he told me I should have looked in the area in was in. I definitely will not be back at this location.

Used to be somewhat helpful behind the print desk. Now they claim they do not help customers with print jobs in person. Will have to find another print shop.
