“Heard about this place through Herman Millers authorized dealer locator. I was more that impressed. Upon entry the marketing team greeted me and made me feel more than welcome. In fact Kathleen, the director of Marketing gave me a tour.

The reason for my visit was a recent purchase of a used vintage Herman Miller Aeron. I wanted to look into getting some replacement parts or possibly repairs.

The team at CWC made it a priority to help me and put me in touch with the right people. This place is awesome, whether you're going in to shop, for repairs, or just to browse their impressive catalog of furniture and design history.

The only thing I would change is I would have gone earlier in the day to allow more time to browse. I am looking forward to going back!”

“My visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more employees like you.”

“I've shopped here many times ever since they first opened, this was my first bad experience. Went to check out and no registers were open and no employee's present so I went to the register at the copy center where there were employees present. After waiting for a short period the lady there told me that I needed to check out at the front register, I pointed out that those registers were not open and no one was at the registers, she rather rudely replied " ell I wil page someone". After proceeding to the front registers and a brief wait a lady came to the register and checked me out. Thought it was bad service to not have someone at or nearby to take a customer's money.”

“Went into the store to pick up a print job that I had placed online earlier. The job was finished within 2 hours of me ordering it. I also realized I needed a piece of computer equipment and they had it in stock. I even remembered that my wife needed a small umbrella for her car and indulged in an impulse buy because it was hanging there in the checkout line! It reminded me that she was in need of one. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me - a product was easy to spot behind a glass case door - that wasn’t quite opening up for us. The associate opened the adjacent door and climbed inside to retrieve the item. So I would recommend a visit. They’ll work to get you what you want. It’s still really nice to be able to physically walk into a store and leave with the items you want. Thanks again for your help.”
