The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

“These gentlemen saved me 800$ and from getting absolutely scammed by another shop that LIED about my valve cover gasket needing replaced- when it wasn’t even the issue and these guys found the real problem and took care of it affordably and rather quickly. They also did an inspection and quote on a persistent issue I’ve had with my lights so I can prepare for getting that replaced in the future with them! This is where I would recommend anyone get work done! And pre purchase inspections for sure! They’re honest, kind and good on time!”

“Finding parking is the only tough part of getting an oil change here. That being said, the place is clean and has a great waiting area with plenty of chargers and free WiFi. Staff was to the point and didn't try any add on sell tactics. Price is fair and if you have Ford Pass Rewards the rewards are honored here. They can look everything up with your Ford Pass Rewards Member number.”
“My visit to the Jiffy Lube at 7505 Roswell Road, Atlanta was exceptional. When arriving, I was greeted cordially and the staff were attentive to what I felt I needed for my car. I was informed of the time needed for my repairs and the time was exactly spot on. In the examination of other systems, it was noted that I needed coolant. I was called to inform me. What a pleasure to find a place where the facility was clean, the staff were exceedingly pleasant and kind, and the projections of time needed were accurate. The service on my car was performed by Brett W. He was very kind, explained what I needed and informed me when the procedures were completed. I will return to this Jiffy Lube for all needed procedures on my car. Being elderly, it is so extremely grand to find a facility that does not discriminate against the elderly. Brett W. was welcoming and very gracious in repairing my car’s systems. I live in an independent living facility nearby the Roswell jiffy lube. Because the service and the staff were so excellent, I posted this Jiffy Lube so others could experience excellence.”

We had a 2019 Ford F150 and a 2016 Chevy Malibu serviced, both receiving 12-point inspections and oil changes. Additionally, Richard and the team managed to replace metal valve caps on the Chevy Malibu, which two other shops in Chicago could not do. This level of service, backed by the team's expertise, made us feel secure and confident in our choice of Buckhead Tire & Auto Repair.
