“Went here today to get my tire fixed this morning when i had a huge nail stuck in it. They had it fixed (patched up) in less than an hour on a busy morning for under $30. As a young woman, I often find myself on the opposite side of an oversale, but that was there case here. Very professional, quick, and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!”

“Easy in and out with key drop & appointments. Quality service and good value.Suggestions for management...Consider improving the parking area soon. You almost need an SUV to navigate the standing water and potholes. Not easy to see the actual exit on your way out. Nothing fancy needed... just dump some more gravel around. That would help.”

“Finding parking is the only tough part of getting an oil change here. That being said, the place is clean and has a great waiting area with plenty of chargers and free WiFi. Staff was to the point and didn't try any add on sell tactics. Price is fair and if you have Ford Pass Rewards the rewards are honored here. They can look everything up with your Ford Pass Rewards Member number.”

After the place I had been taking my car for a decade was bulldozed I had to find a new place I could trust with my aging vehicle. I am thankful I found K&M! They took care of my vehicle and did some major repairs before I moved to a new state. I wish I could remember their names, but everyone was helpful and took me seriously, which doesn't always happen for women. I have recommended them to folks I know still in Atlanta and have gotten positive feedback from them as well! If you need trustworthy, knowledgeable people, who won't take advantage of you and your wallet, K&M is the place.”

“Chivalry is not dead! Great customer service is not dead!My morning started off great, then quickly went to hell with a flat tire. I pulled over and was distraught as I would have to call road side assistance and all of that great stuff that takes so long. I looked up and across the street was this Jiffy Lube. God put them there for me (I’m convinced of that). I made my way over there and without hesitation they assisted me. EJ and Marcus have great mannerism and truly cared about me getting home safely. When I tell you that I will be making the trip (which is a 30 minute drive) whenever I need an oil change. I truly mean it. They were efficient. They were informative. “Alvin was incredibly helpful! Treats everyone like family, which I appreciate. You can tell he truly loves his job and enjoys coming into work, working at Goodyear for 43 years is such an impressive bonus, he handles everyone professionally and gives them as much knowledge as he can about whatever you need (which is a lot!) I got new tires, alignment, new shocks, brake, oil change, transmission, and differential fluid and he called and walked me through the entire process. It was a relief knowing that I could be assured that I was in good hands. Will never go anywhere else! The entire team was great, I would also like to shout out Jason, he was very kind and welcoming as well.”
