“Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

“I’ve been going to Take 5 for every oil change I’ve ever had, and this was by far the best experience. They actually lived up to the name—I was in and out in about 10 minutes (the oil change itself felt like 5!).
Buddy, the assistant manager, was incredible. He let me know I can stop by anytime before my next scheduled oil change to have my fluids topped off, which I had no idea was included. They topped off my washer fluid (I’d apparently been driving around without any 😅), added coolant, cleaned my windows, and had my oil changed faster than I thought was possible.
One of my biggest Jeep struggles is that the maintenance light never turns off after an oil change. I always end up searching YouTube to remember the weird reset process. Before I could even ask, Buddy said, “Put your car in run and pump the pedal five times.” Maintenance light gone. Then he told me, “You’ll never leave this Take 5 with that light on again.” That alone earned five stars.
To top it all off, I had a $25 coupon, so everything came to about $75. I had blocked off an hour in my schedule and barely had time to finish my grocery list before they were done.

“Finding parking is the only tough part of getting an oil change here. That being said, the place is clean and has a great waiting area with plenty of chargers and free WiFi. Staff was to the point and didn't try any add on sell tactics. Price is fair and if you have Ford Pass Rewards the rewards are honored here. We had a 2019 Ford F150 and a 2016 Chevy Malibu serviced, both receiving 12-point inspections and oil changes. Additionally, Richard and the team managed to replace metal valve caps on the Chevy Malibu, which two other shops in Chicago could not do. This level of service, backed by the team's expertise, made us feel secure and confident in our choice of Buckhead Tire & Auto Repair.

“The Buckhead team is amazing. They always go above and beyond, and even give me a coupon if it’s available. Like today, I was to early for my oil change. They let me know to wait, but while I was there they checked everything and top off all my fluids!! Superior!!”
