Tony kept me updated throughout the entire process, making sure I always knew the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Julian serviced my car, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently.

“The customer service from Justin and the team is top notch. I went in recently for a couple of services and was told to come in at a certain time and they'd get to work on my car. The service took exponentially longer than expected and Justin stepped in to make things right. He then personally worked on my car and that combined with his customer service is worth all 5 stars. “This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.”

“Had a wonderfully pleasant experience at this shop this morning. Had a nail in my tire and was going down the rabbit hole of a possible replacement. Rivian Service Center couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and Discount Tire didn't have any appointments for a few days. Found this shop on google, drove right in (no appointment), got help within seconds. They were able to plug my tire for a ridiculously reasonable price. And they let me watch the whole time - it was a cool learning experience. Thank you!”
“This is my second time coming and these guy are simply amazing and professional. First time my car seemed to be over heating. Brought it here on a Saturday and they kept it until Sunday to make sure they thoroughly tested it. Mind you they are not open on Sunday. They couldn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even charge me. Second time on another Saturday brought my car in for a tire going flat. Had my car in the shop less than 30 minutes. Wasn’t able to patch it and they showed me and told me why. Had to replace the tire which i was fine with. I will definitely be coming back.”

“Just brought my wheel with a flat tire to them. I paid $98 for a new tire put on the rim. They were efficient and it only took 5-10 mins. Very trustworthy and reliable, I would 100% come back. Theyre mostly spanish speaking, but the communication barrier didn’t cause a problem.”

“Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”
“So I did an oopsie and blew out my tire. That's my fault. But as I was driving, I was trying to find a tire shop to help. This place was the closest. Absolutely loved their service and assistance. Because I showed up randomly, I thought I would have to wait. Nope. They switched out my tire and had me ready to go within 10-15 minutes. Prices are excellent as well.
