I've been a gap/old navy card holder for years and never felt so uncomfortable in a store. I was followed through the entire store & didn't notice this treatment towards other patrons. When I actually needed help finding a particular size, the gentleman seemed annoyed by the request. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from you all and never have I experienced this level harassment and POOR customer service during my shopping experience. Thanks for ruining my shopping day experience; I'll NEVER shop at this location again!!!

We received poor service from Senior Lead, Zoe. She checked us out at the register but she had a very bad attitude and even took out her phone to text message while assisting us. The other employees working to help customers beside us were providing great service in stark contrast to someone who is supposed to be leading them. She doesn't set a very good example for her team and would probably do better being led by one of the employees working under her.... I am highly offended by the attitude she gave me and my family. I probably won't be returning to this location, thanks to her.

Don’t usually shop at old navy, maybe once every few years when they have something very specific I’m looking for. In those cases, this is my closest location and they just about always have the items that I’m looking for when the website says they have it. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was super nice and even help price matched something from the website

Brenton gives the absolute best customer service!!! Lionel was was so helpful finding the sizes I needed. Jay assisted my mom in finding all the sizes she needed. Teamwork surely makes the dream work… and they are the epitome of excellence!!! If I find myself in need of Old Navy… whether near or far… I am making my way back to this location!!!! ???

Visited this location Wednesday 45mins after they opened. The store was a complete mess, literally! stuff was everywhere. The older lady (wearing a head wrap) working the cash register wasn’t very friendly. however, the brown skin skinny gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. although we couldn’t find what I needed I appreciate him trying to assist me.

This location was a MESS! I came around 10/10:15am (they open at 10am). the store looked like a tornado hit it, stuff EVERYWHERE . The older lady at the register was not friendly, but the brown skin kinda slim gentleman who was on the floor put items away, was very helpful to me. I normally shop after I return an item, but the store was such a mess and the customer service wasn't so good. I returned my items and left out the store.

If I could give them, no stars, I would. I just went today. Somehow the tag scanner kept going off. I pay for my stuff they went through my bags numerous times did not see any kind of sensor on there but surprisingly the alarm kept going off every time I walked out the door when I turned around to go back to the register to make sure I have no tags on my stuff I bumper to employee that’s running up front like I’m running out the door when I am the one to turn around and I think it was the manager. I think they were trying to embarrass me or some they asked me to give a survey I will, because definitely give a survey on this customer experience. I will never return back to the buckhead location ever again.

Spacious, clean and well organized. Good customer service. This store has good collection of clothing for Men, women and kids. This store is located in first floor of Buckhead station. Restroom facility is available in this store.
