Dishonest. They charged money after offering a free class bc my sister told them after the class that she lived in Memphis. They never told her before the class that she did not qualify for the free class. They only told her after they asked if she wanted to become a member and she said she couldn’t because she was only visiting Atlanta.

While the workout was challenging, the coach & music helped the time fly by quickly. Having the heart rate monitor made it much easier to pace myself to ensure my efforts were driving results but wouldn't gas me out too soon.

Brady was very encouraging and responsive, he also recognized when I was pushing myself too much or needed a modified version of the workout. This was my first class and I was I blown away by the whole experience. I immediately wanted to sign up and come back next week !! I can’t remember the woman at the front who helped me sign up —- but she was also fantastic! Very personable and listened to me so well. Honestly impressed, even before I walked in the door someone reached out to initiate the relationship. Made me so comfortable and not ashamed where I am in my fitness journey, where I’ve been and where I want to be!!! So far, loving it.

This gym is the best around. I've tried them all and these instructions are encouraging and fun and happy - wouldn't want to workout anywhere else.

This was an absolute horrible experience for me. I heard about this program from a friend and decided to check it out. I got a simple walkthrough before class and thought "ok I think I can do this." No...I simply couldn't. The class is divided into two different groups doing two different exercises. I was so confused and behind on everything. While there was a coach named Amber guiding the two different groups, I felt as if I had absolutely no instruction on what to do or where to go. I'm a complete newbie and I felt like I was absolutely drowning. I wouldn't recommend for beginners on their weight loss/getting healthy journey. You just end up spending the entire time trying to keep up and getting confused on what to do. I much rather pay for a personal trainer to get that individualized training. Never again.

After reaching out to the studio and asking if I could pause my membership due to surgery, I was instructed to provide a doctors note and they would wave the pause fee. They then charged me, and are now saying that they have to charge a pause fee even with a doctors note. It’s very unprofessional to say one thing and then do something opposite. Additionally, they’ve been so hard to communicate with and I haven’t heard back about it after I’ve emailed and called.I would highly suggest just joining midtown studio. They are way more professional and it’s only 5 minutes away.

Love OTF! I have struggled finding a workout that I love and is effective. At-home workouts were not motivating enough and I couldn’t stick to a good routine. OTF is challenging but, fun & engaging. You can cater the workout to your ability and keep track of every workout on the app. I have only completed classes with Brady and Taylor but, both were amazing and I’ve heard great things about the other coaches. I would definitely recommend to try it out!

Everyone here is awesome. Such a great workout. I keep coming back because Unique sees me trying to go light and she comes over and puts the heavier weights in my hands. She pushes you even when you don’t think you have anything left
