They will never stop calling you don't request information. They vall everyday multiple times. I even blocked the number but still call and leave voice mails almost daily.

OT provides a challenging but doable routine which changes daily to eliminate boredom. The coaches are encouraging & helpful while pushing you to do your best. The Sandy Springs studio is my favorite thus far, I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere & support at this location.

I literally just went to try to enroll in their fitness program and their doors were locked during business hours. Yet they were all in there working out. If you are not going to be open at the Roswell road fitness location DURING business hours , don’t post your hours online or on your calls. I will being going to LA fitness instead. Avoid this location!

Not a very big place, but manageable. Very motivating workouts and music. Works very well for me.

Very friendly and welcoming studio, the coach Becca was great, full of energy and encouragement, and she gave kudos by name (something that I love in an OTF experience). Check in process as an out of towner was fast and friendly. Location easy to find and had ample parking. As someone who collects souvenirs when she visits OTF studios, the selection could have been better but not a major complaint. Would definitely visit again!

When I lived in Sandy springs I purchased the unlimited membership. Hands down the best multifaceted workout I've done. I loved the instructors and routinely brought my friends in to try out the gym. I love fitness and would always ask my friends to join me, but I wish the gym did more to recognize the fact that I brought in 15 people+ to this location. Referral rates were not easy to come by unfortunately. You should also purchase an arm band monitor to keep track of your heart rate zone, calories burned, steps and splat points. If not, you could also connect to your Apple Watch but forfeit the ability for instructors to monitor your performance.

I liked that the workout came with a lot of guidance, while still allowing you to do your own thing! There was variety, intensity, and all kinds of burn, ha. My cousin lost 100lbs with OTF!!!, and my twin is close to 15lbs. I can totally see why now!

I first joined OTF closer to work, but when COVID began, I started working out at the sandy springs studio a mile from my house. These coaches have convinced me to work harder, lift heavier, and become such a member of this community! I even did the dri tri and so glad I did!

I have been a member of OTF for years and have enjoyed the workouts. However, I've always felt the pricing is egregious at $169/month for unlimited classes. On top of that, you have to reserve classes in advance to make sure there is a spot and then if something comes up and you need to cancel less than 8 hours before, they charge you $12. I understand the concept but when you're already paying a huge membership fee, it feels a little nickel and diming to me. I've always been willing to put up with that since I enjoyed the workouts. However, I recently injured my hand to the point I won't be able to work out for a few months and had to put a "freeze" on my account. They never mentioned that they were going to charge me $15/month for nothing (although they did mention it was in the fine print of the form I had to sign while I was on painkillers from my surgery). The lack of understanding and empathy on top of the ticky tacky charges is forcing me to cancel my longtime subscription and walk away from OTF with a bad taste in my mouth. Of course they are also charging me another $169 for a month that I can't use. Beware of a company that spouts health and fitness but is obviously about the money first.
