OTF Warner Robins is my happy place! I’ve been a member since 2018 and have transformed my body and mind for the better. The coaches and staff are supportive of helping you reach your fitness goals!

Great location and staff, however OTF gets 1 star because of their horrible cancellation policy. If you cancel less then 30 days out, you will still be charged because they say it takes that long for their auto billing to stop, which is complete bs or just a horrible billing system given today's technology capabilities (especially for a company that focuses on utilizing technology to enhance your workouts). So in my situation I cancelled 10 days after my last billing date because I moved and no longer had time to attend classes. So I paid for my remaining 20 days already, and then got billed for a whole additional month. Hopefully this company learns that just because you put it in an agreement doesn't make it an acceptable & fair practice.

Went to my first class today. It was wonderful. It was challenging, but not impossible. I felt supported & pushed which is exactly what I wanted.. it is pricey. But I hope it’s worth it.

The coach for the class was great. I really enjoyed the music and the workout but the front desk staff didn't make me feel welcomed at all. Im pretty new to orange theory and I'm still trying out different locations to find my home studio. This one definitely won't be it even though this was my favorite coach so far.

I have been an on/off OTF member for over 3 years, and have been to several studios. The Madison Yards location was by far my least favorite studio, and mainly the reason I cancelled my membership.I want to first give major kudos to the coaches, especially Jordyn and Mila, who were amazing and brought all the energy to every class. The coaches are not the problem at this location, it’s the front desk staff.Part of what I’ve loved about OTF over the years is the welcoming environment the second you walk through those doors. Front desk staff always remember your name, greet you with a warm hello, talk to the members when waiting, and hyped you up before class. The staff at OTF Madison Yards never bothered to learn my name, despite going multiple times a week. I got no shoutout for my 100th class and no shoutout when I went on my birthday. They don’t speak to anyone in the waiting room, and are very unapproachable because they never smile. It’s like they want to be anywhere but there. This location majorly needs to work on building a community here. None of their desk staff make any effort to do so, and I really think that responsibility lies in their hands. They have the potential to build a strong community of members who are excited to come to their studio, and they severely lack in that because they themselves are not excited to be there.(I also want to add that I joined the Madison Yards location through a sponsored ad that offered your first month free, and I had to fight tooth and nail with them to honor it, to which they never did. I provided receipts and proof, and they wouldn’t budge. It was very unprofessional.)

Just completed my first full week. I love it here. All of the coaches have amazing energy even if it’s 5 am. Lol. Jordan pushing us to get through 2k meters on the rower this Saturday morning was a good time Lol. Again. I love it here!

My wife loves the classes. Unfortunately she cancelled membership, and I witnessed firsthand, because Lauren behind the desk must have been having a bad day and treated her so poorly, cancelling was the only option.

Every time I come, it’s one issue or another. There’s a black girl with glasses who helps arrange what station we are to start at. She is awkward which is fine but she’s not friendly and never smiles. She told me that I couldn’t join a class after I showed up 7 minutes late on the dot because there’s a rule where you can’t join a class after 7 minutes. I have been late to a class once before at a different location and it was no issue. This means I have to pay a $12 fine for missing a class because they would not allow me in after 7 minutes. I just don’t feel that’s appropriate given that I pay for Premier unlimited classes and am on time for 99% of the classes I have attended. I plan to cancel the membership and pay less money for a different gym membership—somewhere where I’m valued for spending my hard earned money.

My wife and I went to classes at this location together 3x times a week for several months. It was kind of our date night...at 7:30 AM!During that time we slept well, our mood was elevated and we ate whatever the hell we wanted. It was a tremendous experience. Orange Theory really is the best 1-hour workout in America.

2 stars for front desk, 5 stars to the coaches. I was late for 7 mins but acc to their internal clock I was 9 min late. Big deal??? The class had empty spots but still I was charged $12 cancellation fee and not allowed to join the class. I went to another location and they didn't have any such rules if they have empty spots. This location has made its own stupid rules. 7 min cancellation SERIOUSLY!
