HORRIBLE experience with Mike, the owner:
Left my car at shop one week ago for oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of a defective wheel speed sensor. I received no calls or texts about an estimate. Called yesterday for update and they had already done the work WITHOUT my approval, for $827! They did extra work that I did not approve, and charged $450 for 3 hrs of labor to replace TWO sensors when I knew and they knew that only ONE sensor needed replacing. When I brought up the issue with the owner, he told me to call my dad if I couldn't afford to pay the full bill. Mike conducted himself as if he had no regard or respect for me as a client and simply expected me to pay him whatever he feels like he deserves.

My husband and I stop by Paces Ferry Amoco weekly to get gas. When we have small or major issues with either of our cars, Mike, the owner, Andre and their team always know what needs to be done to get the car back in top notch condition. We are so lucky to have Paces Ferry Amoco in our neighborhood!

My husband & I had issues with a tire today & we received help from a man named Andre. He was the kindest, most empathetic & understanding individual we’ve come across in a long time. He listened to our problem & offered solutions to solve it. He went above & beyond for us. He is an absolute treasure & deserves a raise! Andre, thank you so much for everything you did for us today. It was a pleasure to meet you!

Great friendly place. I've only ever been here for minor stuff, sticking to my very expensive dealership for the rest ( a mistake I guess), but if you are looking for a regular neighborhood garage I think this is the place to go. Efficient, great work ethic, and I have the impression that they know their trade

I stopped here while waiting for a coworker decided to eat my lunch was going to get gas while doing some paperwork. One of the shop workers came out, knocked on my window and told me to move twice because I was blocking the pump when there were four or five more available. When I pointed out all the available pumps, he got rude so I decided to leave and park and fill up elsewhere. Wouldn’t give them my business if my truck broke down in front I’d push it somewhere else first

Watch your back, your invoice and get a second quote! Actually, just choose a different tire provider. Was completely ripped off here - $240 for mount and balance 4 tires. Same service different station was $100. If you do use get full quote in writing first.

Absolute rip offI was charged 200 dollars for a single tire replacement on a 10+ year old car. The manager had the gall to tell me the tire replacement was 110 dollars (other prices listed for my model ranged from 60-80 so while expensive, wasn’t too absurd) but the service fee totalled to 80 dollars. 80 dollars to put a tire on a car. I can’t even make out the chicken scratch that supposedly costed me 80 dollars. Also worth mentioning the price was given to me AFTER the job was done, and when I asked for the name of the supplier for my tire replacement, the manager replied “I don’t know, it’s a warehouse in Marietta”. I had to have my car towed there, and while I originally picked Mavis, for whatever reason it ended up here. The worst business I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. On top of that, my car door and interior was covered in dirt. They didn’t even have the decency to clean it. At most a 70 dollar job for 200 dollars. Go literally anywhere else.

I had two tires replaced by these mechanics in October and less than 6 months later both have had to be replaced. One clearly had a defect in it that led to it being popped and they said there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service.
