Sadly, my last experience here led me to conclude that I will not return. Went to buy a couple of candles for gifts - had bought them here the year before. Couldn't find them but the salesperson finally did, on the very bottom of a shelf. I noticed immediately they were coated in dust, however, I really wanted them for gifts. The salesperson took them to the register as I continued to browse. I thought she would surely clean them off. Nope. When I checked out I asked how to remove the thick layer of dust. She replied to use a paper towel. Well...that should have been your job, but alright. When I got home, I tried her suggestion and the dust embedded in the candle - looking like a very dirty wax. For $70 on 2 candles, I expected better. I even emailed the company a month ago but never even got a reply. So, yeah. Done with this place.

Stopped in today for unique wrapping paper, ended up having the gift wrapped instead by the staff. It came out so pretty the cost is fair. You definitely get what you pay for.

I'm giving my niece a nice coat for graduating high school this Christmas. I couldn't find a big enough decorative box at t.j Maxx or HomeGoods so I decided to find a gift wrapping service. This was really the first one I found. I went the next day and had a great experience. The total I paid including the box, gift wrap, tissue paper, ribbon, card, and gift wrapping service was roughly $50. I think that's a decent price and many of the stationary items inside were also priced fairly well. The ladies that work there were able to understand exactly what I needed and get it all done within 30 minutes, which also gave me enough time to check out one of the local restaurants and grab some lunch. LaMoon is really good, skip the red sauce though.

Very sweet and knowledgeable staff!! Was able to park behind the building. Got both A7 and A9 envelopes for our wedding invitations. They have more than what the store at the Avalon used to have too! As much as I miss the Avalon store for convenience, I'm glad there is still a Paper Source I can physically go to!

Katrina at Paper Source is an absolute shining star! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and went above and beyond to help me. She assisted me in selecting and assembling my gifts, guided me through beautiful wrapping paper options, and made the whole process so enjoyable. She was not only attentive and professional but genuinely kind—she even offered to carry my packages out to my car!
You just don’t see this level of service much anymore, and Katrina’s care and attention truly stood out. Paper Source is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back thanks to her exceptional service.

I needed paper for my dresser drawers and found so many beautiful options! Yanna and another young lady assisted me. Customer service was absolutely wonderful! Give the Sunday afternoon crew a fat raise! They are awesome!

If I ever need a nice card, I go here. It's the only game in town now that most stationary stores have closed. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the selection of cards is high quality.

The business is too expensive! Perhaps I need a less expensive establishment. I received a nice Gift Wrap, of 2 items. The wrapping paper was admired by many. I will admit, it was a HIT for me.
They were fighting over who would take the wrapping paper home.
My review reflects price and customer service.

I needed a birthday present wrapped for a friend. Paper Source talked me through the process and was even kind to help to speed up the wrapping process, even though the store was very busy. I appreciate their help and gladly will refer others to patronage Paper Source.

Extremely hard to find parking. Shocker bc it’s in the V. HIGHLAND AREA, I know! Cute stuff. But just not enough BIG Halloween items. 3 stars is for parking.
