ParkMobile provides smart parking and mobility solutions, allowing users to find, reserve, and pay for parking via a mobile app. It is described as very easy to use, very convenient, and super easy for payment. Users appreciate not needing coins or a credit card at meters and value the reminders for time running out and the ability to add more time remotely. The service is considered very helpful for avoiding trips back to the meter. Some notes include that a lower minimum time would be great and that at some locations, the app does not automatically populate until used a few times. Excellent customer service is also highlighted, with quick resolution of issues.

In DC and suburbs it has become surprisingly reliable, widespread and convenient. Huge savings of time and considerable saving of money. While the launch of this app was not so promising.

Kind of an odd situation. Arrived to my parking spot at 4:45PM - had 15 minutes of free parking. I was still charged .45 cents for free parking.
