This company took great care to wrap our big ticket items when moving into our new home. They packed, moved, and unpacked our 2-bedroom condo in 72 hours. What an excellent and thorough job!

Great company. Went above and beyond. They were all careful moving our things out of our house and placing them in the correct rooms when we got to the new house. They took down our beds and tv's and put them back up. We will definitely be calling them again if we need to move.

In the Fall of 2018, Orlando and his team at Atlanta Peach Movers completed our move from Decatur to Brookhaven. At the time, my wife was 7 months pregnant with our first-born and the moving part was a concern for us both.Thankfully, we hired Atlanta Peach Movers. From the first consultation, we knew we were in good hands. The bid was transparent and price fair. On moving day, our old home was promptly packed up, faster than we could have imagined, and the unload process was smooth and efficient. The movers were professional and friendly, and went to great lengths to ensure our furniture was handled carefully and placed in the right areas. At no point did we feel like we were being a bother with requests.None of our items were damaged in transit. We've moved several times in the past and this was by far the best experience we've ever had! We will continue to trust Orlando and his team in the future, should we need to move again. Thank you!

DO NOT USE this company. They damaged my furniture & then altered the pre move documentation to say that the furniture was already damaged. They also removed the addendum from the packet I signed with the supervisor saying there was damage. Thankfully I took a photo. The moving team was lead by Alvin Quinn. They showed up with 3 movers instead of 4 and have made the experience horrific for me. Better to use a uhaul & do it yourself. #sham

Used them once...once. They packed our belongings before our move. We had Christmas gifts stored in our Master bedroom closet (hiding them from our kids). Two months later - in December - my husband and I started wrapping the gifts that were moved to our new home. We noticed that my oldest son's gifts were missing! Stolen by who we thought was a nice older lady. She was the only one packing our Master bedroom, so she was the only one to know what we had there. The rest of the other packing was completed by two other ladies. I still haven't gotten over it. That broke my heart. Who steals a child's Christmas gifts?!

Everything seemed to go well on the Atlanta leg, until it didn't. Everyone was polite and upbeat, I'll give them that. However, they did not have enough crates delivered for artwork and mirrors and totally neglected to pack the contents of my storage unit as well as step stools and drapes. At the delivery end in Sarasota, they were a day late and the three who unpacked were incompetent and even surly. My computer never did show up. I was overcharged. That was compensated. But the computer was obviously lost or stolen. Beware of this company.

I hired this company on recommendation of a friend. A representative came to my apartment to give me an estimate and was attentive to my questions, concerns and requests. He estimated 2 hours to pack up the entire contents of my apartment, but encouraged me to pack what I could to save money. Once I signed contracts he gave me the name and contact info for the person at their company who would serve as my personal move coordinator, who, aside from one text introducing herself, I never heard from until after the move. I did pack up probably 80-85% of my belongings before the day the packers/movers arrived. It still took at least 5 hours for them to pack the rest of my things and load the truck, but in fairness, I thought the packers/movers did an excellent job. Two of the movers drove my belongings from Atlanta to Virginia the next day and unloaded the truck the following day.Unpacking, I discovered that (at least) one box had not made it to my new home. I emailed my move coordinator at Peach Movers (6 weeks ago) to let her know that a box had turned up missing and that I would, as best I could, make a list of the contents of the box and let her know. I did not get a response. I composed a list of missing items and emailed that to her. Still no response. I had cc'ed the representative who gave me the initial estimate and sold me this service to my emails to this coordinator. No response from him, either. I called him on his mobile phone and let him know what was happening. He blamed the claims person in the office, who I had never heard of or from. He asked me to text him the list of missing items, which I did, but never got a response from him about it. I have texted him asking for an update, and emailed again letting them both know I want a status update. They are completely ignoring me.The only contact I ever had with my move coordinator was a few days after the move asking for the final payment. (I had not unpacked everything at that time and did not realize that items were missing.) I paid her over the phone and asked that a PDF of the receipt be mailed to me so I could pass it on to my new employer for reimbursement. I never got it, nor did I ever hear from her again.Once you have been moved and paid your bill, do not expect anyone in this office to follow up with you on any level. I haven't gotten so much as an apology for losing some of my belongings. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Giving this 1 star because it's required. This is a buyer beware -10 Review.Atlanta peach movers were the company my new husband and I selected to move us into our first ever home. We waited 13 months for it to be built and on the day we signed the papers they arrived to move us in. Little did I know this would be the start of a weeks long nightmare at the end of a 14 hour move.I carefully itemized my belongings and counted every box. I identified the exact type of mattresses and asked for the proper supplies to cover a tv and two mattresses. Much my regret the crew that arrived to move our belongings took an insanely long time to load our items, did not have the proper covering for the tv and mattresses despite us paying for those items when we contracted with them. Not even 24 hours after we signed for our home they did $12k in damages to our home and our property. I have a giant hole in my drywall. I have a banister post that is ruined that they offered to itch with plastic epoxy. They are still charging for the move and basically telling us to take what they will repair and get over it.I have never in my life been the recipient of such poor customer service and worked with a company who cares so little for people who entrust them with all your most precious items and with moving you into your dream home without making it a nightmare.Buyer beware. This is the worst experience with mover in 46 years. I've moved 11 times and never ever seen this little concern or effort to make things right with a customer. They ruined my brand new home and do not seem to care. I can't even get the owner, Orlando to return a call. Guess we'll take it to the media and see them in court.

Refused to honor insurance they sold.We hired Atlanta Peach Movers for a move that took place on Feb 1, 2022. They sold us a Replacement Value insurance policy for $212.50; they destroyed an antique lamp during the move; they failed to respond to emails about our insurance claim for the lamp for months; and then they refused to pay the replacement value of the lamp.We paid $842 for the lamp in 2014, so even if they had simply reimbursed our purchase price, less the $300 deductible, they should have paid us $542. But they sold us a replacement value insurance policy, at greater cost. With inflation it would likely cost over $1000 to replace the lamp today, so they should have paid us about $700. Instead, after ignoring emails about our claim for months (and I will post photos of the emails if they try to deny that) they sent us a check for $400 in May, more than three months after we filed the claim. (I am attaching photos as proof.) They provided no explanation for why they would not honor the Replacement Value insurance they sold us, they simply said "we will only offer $400, take it or leave it."I would never go to court, even small claims court, over such a small matter; sometimes in life you just get screwed and the ability to accept that and move on is a good thing. But I do want to warn other people about doing business with Atlanta Peach Movers. I am willing to accept this loss and move on, but I would not want other people to be victimized.

FIND ANYONE ELSE!! So I thought I was having a great experience, quickly found out that was not the case. Movers showed up on time and were nice. I helped them move some items. I explained that the water had been shut off prematurely for our move and not to use the restrooms... Everything was moved safely and promptly. I had left about 20 mins before they did to receive the new fridge at my new house, and they said they would would meet me at the new house and they did. That next week I go to use my pressure washer and its no where to be found.... Nozzle, hoses and even the bucket it was in were all gone. I went back to the old house to check and was not pleased. Come to find out that every toilet had been used for a number 2 even after I told them not to use them, the beer had been drank out of my fridge and no pressure washer to be found. I had been nice and tipped each guy 40 dollars and bought them pizza and they threw the crust in the yard/ boxes, and they still stole from me. So I naturally called Atlanta Peach Movers about the missing item and the manager is never available, I have left messages and no calls returned. I used this mover because Keller Williams had them as a preferred mover. They reached out to them as well and we have gotten no where. At the end of the day the pressure washer was 100 bucks but its not worth the headache and hassle to deal with these movers. I am working with Keller Williams to change their mind on using them as a preferred mover. My advise is find anyone else...

Do not hire or use this company! We had the worst moving experience of our lives last weekend because of this company and their horrendous customer service. Do not hire or use this company! We had the worst moving experience of our lives last weekend because of this company and their horrendous customer service. Edmond Ruiz came out to give us an estimate a month and seemed legitimate, he was very helpful, answered all of our questions and assured us we would be getting the best service. When the packers arrived two days before our move, we felt great. They were so friendly and did such a wonderful, and fast job packing our home for a local move. We were feeling really great about the whole thing. Saturday morning, instead of seeing Atlanta Peach trucks show up, two U-Hauls pulled into our driveway, one was already half full of someone else's things. A group of men without any kind of official clothing, business cards, etc. came up to our door. We were told we were contracted out to a different moving company, unbeknownst to us. A few of the men were smoking weed before they even entered our home. When I asked if they had additional packing materials for bedding, etc, as we were told they would have, they looked at me like I was crazy. At that point, we had no choice but to go with what they sent. The six men worked from 9 AM to 10 PM moving things two miles away. They brought no materials to cover our newly refinished floors and once they were tired at the end of the day, they just began dumping stuff in the first floor living room of our new home. We realized at 10PM that none of our bedding had been packed and was still at our old home, my young children did not have beds set up or bedding until after 10:30. Two of the men then had the audacity to show up at our home the next morning (Sunday) and 9AM asking for payment. When my husband refused to pay in full, it became an ordeal and no one would take responsibility. After all of this, we noticed that my credit card had been stolen directly out of my wallet AND my sons' iPad had been stolen, the child case for it thrown into the back of a kitchen cabinet. The credit card was used all day the following day until we received a fraudulent charge notification and the iPad was tracked to where one of the movers lived. It turns out that one of the men moving us had never been background checked, he had basically just been used to fill the sixth spot when they needed someone for the move. The final straw, the company refused to come pick up empty boxes/papers from our garage even though we were told they would, leaving us to dispose of everything ourselves. Please, save yourself from the stress that this 8 month pregnant woman had to endure last weekend. What was supposed to be an exciting time for our family turned into an absolute disaster due to Atlanta Peach. In response to the comment below: The reason I did not accept your "settlement check" is because you showed up at the doorstep of our new home wanting my husband to sign a letter agreeing to take down the negative reviews in exchange for money. So basically, trying to pay us off. Why should I take down the review? So you can do the same thing to someone else? Most of the negative reviews that you do have involve the same contracting out of moves. In your above response, you still do not take responsibility: "our employees would never act like that!"...how many customers are not getting YOUR employees, but instead getting other contracted companies? We received compensation for a part of our move, which, by the way, cost more than the original quote and was over $5,000, not including the cost of the stolen items. Guess what? I would've rather just had a successful move and not had to worry about any of this! If I save one person the hassle, headache and stress that I went through, it will be worth more than the $1500 you offered us.
