I had an awesome experience with Misha. I am always so undecided with picking a frame and she gave me some super great options and helped me narrow it down to 2 different frames and I was able to get both. They are 2 totally different looks and I couldn’t be happier!!!! Please go and ask for Misha!!!! The whole staff was great there.

I’ve been going to this location for my frames for over 4 years. I always work with Misha, she’s awesome, she makes sure my frames fit my needs. She’s the reason this location still has my business.
This last visit I decided to get fitted for contacts. A nice young lady name Courtney trained me on inserting and removing them.
They prescribed me the wrong Axis and when I called back, someone named Remsha answered the phone. She was very rude! I ultimately had to go back to the location just get them to fix the Axis on my prescription and Remsha’s rudeness showed even more in person. She has no people skills. She doesn’t listen to your concerns. I hope this review motivates her to work on herself because there’s no need for someone at the front desk to have an attitude like the one she has.

When my mom told me she needed new glasses, we visited the Pearle location near her home. We were delighted to receive such good service. The optometry team was very patient with her during her eye exam and provided wonderful care. After the exam, Chantelle helped my mom choose a stylish frame and thoroughly explained her lens options!

This was my second trip to Pearle vision Lenox and everything has been great. Dr V, Rimsha, and the entire team took care of everything I needed and very efficiently at that. Will be going back.

Ramon was great!!! He repaired my favorite prescription glasses while I waited!!! I flew in just for him to fix them!!!! I can’t thank him and the other Pearl Vision staff enough. They always take good care of me.
