Poor customer service at this store.I had my exam in December.They told me it would take a few months to get my glasses which is fine. So I called them last week, and they said the glasses were ready in JANUARY. And nobody called me and told me. It’s MARCH now.They said they texted me… but I didn’t receive a text. If they saw my glasses still sitting up there why wouldn’t they call me to follow up? It’s just bad customer service.I only paid for half of my glasses. Now I’ve had a death in the family and have to pay funeral expenses. Can’t even afford to pick up the glasses now but I could have in January when they were ready (if anyone told me….) And now since it’s been 30 days (for them, not for me) I can’t even get a refund.So it’s wasted money and the glasses will just be thrown away.Oh well.I hope y'all do better to the next person.Edit to add: the timeframe was never the issue. The issue is lack of communication about when the glasses were ready. It is so lazy to just send a text and hope a customer gets it. It would have taken 2 minutes for you to pick up a phone and call me to tell me it’s ready and confirm that I actually knew they were ready. Then you don’t even try and make things right by extending the refund window.

We had a very good experience buying glasses here. They opened the door for us when we arrived during their lunch break, were helpful in picking out glasses, and offered a free upgrade when the lenses we chose were not in stock.

They charged me an extra $90 for my astigmatism. Told me its extra work to do for my eye exam for astigmatism so they have to charge me $90 on top of my copay. First time Im hearing someone charge someone for that. Yet alone, the paperwork wasnt great. Atmosphere doesn’t feel like they want you there more of I want your money.

This is by far the best optical facility in the city. My optician is the one and only Misha she is the best at selecting frames. Ask for Misha and have your very own frame party!!!

I misplaced my contacts while on a trip to Atlanta and thought I was doomed. I called in and luckily spoke to Rimsha, who was very kind and allowed me, without hesitation, to get trial contacts free of charge to hold me off on my trip. I am truly appreciative of this store and am sure that they go above and beyond for every customer.
