I made my reservation online first, and I spent less than 20 minutes to get the truck I was promised. Manager spoke 2-3 languages and was extremely efficient. Today I returned my truck, and I was charged fairly. Excellent experience and the 2,5 stars this location has are not making them Justice. Thanks!

DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO RENT FROM THEM!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Morning of our move we called and they said oh we don't have any trucks we can't fulfill your reservation. No help nothing. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE THING TO DO TO PEOPLE TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE IN NEED.

This is an absolutely horrible penske location! Avoid this location because they will cost you time and money!The customer service team isn't knowledgeable on the rental process and couldn't even operate the computer system, had no sense of urgency, and to add injury to insult they simply do not care about providing even a modest level of customer service. The experience caused me to lose a day in travel and cost me addition money due to erroneous charges that they ensured me would not occur. This isn't a case of them being fraudulent but simply grossly incompetent. In addition, they can't even explain their actions, they just point to Penske corporate and say that they did it. After contacting Penske corporate for assistance, they weren't much help either.Just rent a truck elsewhere and save yourself the extreme hassle.

I wish I could give a zero. I am a home depot and penske regular. But this was a horrible experience. Over an hour to return my truck because the tool guy didn't know how to do a proper return. Then once he figured it out took another 30 minutes to get my deposit back. All the while I had a cab on the meter waiting for me. Rediculios

Terrible service in store. Went back and forth for about an hour between 2 different people to get a truck rented. Guy didn't know anything about the insurance offered or what it covered. Had to call Penske customer service to ask questions. Made me feel real unsure about signing anything because he never went over any of the paperwork. Looks like the guy a year ago had the same issues. He did go over the truck in detail and ask if I knew how to use it and the trailer. I can supply his name but I wont do it here because this is more of a Penske issue by letting untrained associates sell your product.

The trucks themselves are great. However, the penske-home depot coordination is awful. I rented a truck for one day, returned it that night using the dropbox. Home Depot apparently didn't check it in in time the next morning and I was charged an extra day. Also, you are required to give a $150 deposit, but they don't tell you that it takes 5-7 business days to get that money refunded. Keep that in mind before you rent. As of the writing of this review, I have yet to see any money refunded a week later, but they have no problem taking your money immediately. In total, I have been charged $378 for a truck that should in the end have cost me $140. You call Home Depot and they tell you to call Penske. You call Penske and they tell you to call Home Depot. Next time, I will rent directly from a Penske truck office. -------------------------- Update: Over 7 days and i still have not gotten any money returned. For the extra day overage, I was told at one time by a Penske agent that I'd have to dispute that charge with my bank. Unbelievable. I will never do business with Penske again.
