I booked an appointment for my injured dog. We caught traffic on the way & walked in 6 min late. The lady who worked front desk was in back getting something for a customer ahead of me. Dr Carson REFUSED to see my dog. We just drive from the Southside a hour away just to be turned around & not seen. Worst experience EVER! Had I known this was going to happen I would have just set an appointment closer to home even though the next available appointment was on Tuesday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE! A wound like this & we were just turned around. The Dr has no compassion for animals just a job

Our dog Roo was groomed by David who did a fabulous job!! He kept her fringe recognizing it’s her personality. We can’t wait to come back again!

Older store. Did not carry saltwater fish as most petco stores do. Not really well organized. Needs improvement.

This location left my dog in a crate for 5 hours and “forgot” about her. She has anxiety and chewed on the fur of her arms. Not sure how THREE groomers can miss a dog? But they did. So irresponsible! The only solution they could provide is to come BACK to this location for three free grooms. I’m never returning and suggest avoiding this location at all costs.

10/10!! This is hands down the best grooming salon in Buckhead. They provide excellent customer service and my dogs always look good every time. I would ignore the negative reviews because I never had a bad experience here. I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!

I have been going here at least weekly for several years now. Walked all the way up to this location today and as I minor accompanied by another minor they refused to sell me fish because of it. I have never heard of this rule and other locations don’t impose it.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Would give 0 stars if I could. This store’s associates are blatantly disrespectful, they do not care about customers, shaved all of my dogs hair after having him for over 6 hours, the plan was to leave him fluffy and shave only half of his hair, they were lazy and shaved all of his fur without my permission stating he was matted, which he was not and after 6.5 hours, they were upset I called for an update on my dog, they didn’t complete the job and refuse to make it right. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Decided to stop here to get my dog a haircut since I was too busy to do it myself. Never been to a Petco but was needing something convenient and in the neighborhood. Instead, they were only able to do a face trim which was fine. However, the pet stylist Shanteelah "Teelah" does not deserve a 1 star. I asked for a teddy bear facial cut and got a botched triangle instead and his hair above his eyes shaved to the skin. The stylist is not a certified technician, but she stated to me, "I'm allowed to do facial cuts (the most important part of a dogs groom) but not a full groom although I know how to a full groom. I have do go through the training and get certified." I proceeded by asking her, "Are you sure you know how to cut a teddy bear dog's face? " I explained my experience with groomers which is why I (former cosmetologist) cut my dogs hair myself. She said, "YES" I know how. Complete DENIAL!! My dog looked better before I brought him. The wash/blowout looked like they dried him without brushing. I guess the other stylist was a trained groomer had to blow my dog out to remove the curls but couldn't do anything with the now triangle mouth my dog has. can cut a teddy bear facial cut but didn't have the time. On top of this I was charged $36 after complaining about the cut. The excuse was that I'm passing for the shampoo. I didn't bring him for va shampoo. I brought him for the cut and clip his nails. The cutting of the face included the shampoo. The service should have been free with the untrained, uncertified stylist!! Please take this review serious. Take your dog to trained groomers that are trustworthy. I don't know about the other stylist, but Teelah is an amateur when it comes to dog grooming services. I will be also reaching out to their corporate office about this experience as well as the manager George who was rude and didn't take accountability for unprofessional experience. This service brought out the worse in me. He didn't apologies for the terrible service received but instead had an attitude and stated, " I already know what's going on I've been notified as well as the salon manager." Absolute poor customer service and wired vibe by the manager.

Our family followed Ashley T from Petsmart to Petco Buckhead location. She’s a GREAT groomer! She takes care of our family dog(s) as her own. She consistently delivers excellent customer service!
