DO NOT GET ALL MY SONS MOVING. This was an absolutely awful experience and they could care less. After reading all of these reviews all of this is 100% true. They don't arrive in a timely manner (4 hours late for us), they are intentionally deceptive about the quote they give you, they take their time, could care less about your stuff, and are extremely unprofessional. The head guy that was running the move took a call during and started cussing his wife out in front of the entire neighborhood. It was so bad, my wife and I felt like we were on the show punked. We are currently in the middle of a claim to pay for the $2000+ worth of furniture they destroyed... they are not cooperative at all and act offended that you would even ask for any sort of compensation. Guys... they were literally dropping our stuff onto the truck from our back deck. I can't believe they are even allowed to continue operating as a company.

Will never use this company again. Broke my headboard, chipped and scraped up my bedroom suite in several places, broke my shoe cabinet, scraped up my walls, scraped up the wooden railing going down the stairs on the inside of the house and all they gave me was 120.00 and I paid over 2000.00 to them to move me and now I have to buy a new bedroom suite after I paid almost 4000.00 for the one I have and it's not that old. I will never ever use them again and will not recommend them to anyone and will tell everybody I can how terrible this company is. (the guys moving me were nice just not very good at their job and this company should have compensated for their mistakes).

This company is intentionally deceptive about costs of move when scheduling! We had a local move of an item out if storage and the costs of move outweighed the value of the item moved . The management and intake personnel deceptive about fees. I spoke with management at time of service and he was rude unprofessional and basically a .... . This company is lacking in scruples and integrity ! However the 2 gentleman that were tbe actual movers on site were very kind and hardworking! Unfortunately i got the feeling from them that this occurrence of confusion of fee happens on a regular basis with their customers and management! Do not use !

If you've ever wondered how it feels to be completely duped while in the throes of moving, then this is the company for you! They must have attended the 'Hidden Charges University' because every time you think you've got it all figured out, BAM! Another fee pops up. And just for good measure, they'll overcharge you for an hour, because why not? If you're looking to set your wallet on fire and drown in a sea of frustration, give them a call!I tried emailing about extra charges and was completely ignored. They lied about the fees until the day off. TLDR; I'd eat a jean jacket with no water before i'd book again

I reserved this company a few weeks ago. When I asked about the fees that would be charged, the GM was exceptionally rude. He called to confirm my move which was scheduled in 2 days and grew increasingly agitated questions. Next stop better business bureau

Do not recommend! The movers were not able to move my 3 bedroom apartment in 4hours, now I have to move furniture down 3 flights of stairs while pregnant. They charged me $1200!!! I was charged for packing supplies that I didn't give them permission to use, I was charged $100+ for fuel when we moved 1 mile down the road! Two of my antique plates were broken, and left on the ground! The movers were also smoking (reminder I'm pregnant) almost every time they went to the truck, which is probably why they couldn't get everything done.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had with All My Sons Moving. It saddens me to say that the lack of integrity displayed by All My Sons Moving team has left a lasting impression. My initial interaction with All My Sons Mowing company began positively; however, the overall experience quickly deteriorated. The inconsistency in pricing quotes has been highly disconcerting. Initially, I was quoted a specific price, which was later altered just two days before the scheduled service. Unfortunately, the fluctuations did not stop there, as the price changed again on the day of the service itself. In a customer-centric industry, the cornerstone of successful relationships is founded on transparent and ethical practices. I firmly believe that maintaining consistency and honoring the initial agreements is crucial in building trust and earning referrals. Regrettably, my encounter with All My Sons Moving company has left me with a sense of disillusionment, and I must candidly admit that I have no intention of using All My Sons Moving Again!!!Upon reviewing my itemized bill, I discovered a significant discrepancy. As per the documentation on my paper pad, the charge for 6 items was listed as $6 each, with the total amount calculated to be $150. However, upon closer inspection and a careful reevaluation of the charges, it was apparent that the accurate total should have been $36.In light of this evident error, I promptly contacted All My Sons Moving customer service department to rectify the situation and request a refund for the overcharged amount. To my astonishment, I was met with resistance and a refusal to acknowledge the mistake. This response has only exacerbated my frustration and deepened my concerns regarding the integrity of your company's practices.

Part 2 Wishing I knew for sure which office this moving crew came from, but since what has become Part 1 of my review, more problems have surfaced. (1) some furniture received no wrapping which resulted in brodken molding on a desk as well as numerous scratches and (2) the loss of the solid oak base to my barrister bookshelf. I found one part broken off and tossed in with some boxes. And, I am no where near finished unpacking due to the way they literally dumped everything. I hope that there is no part 3, but do not put much hope in that. Have called them twice about these things. Was told after first call that they would look for the lost piece and call me. No one did. And, no response to my reporting damages. Perhaps the fine print in the 7 page agreement that I was not given until the arrival of the crew ... remember they are on the clock every minutes ... and they would not even start until I had read and signed multiple location throughout the agreement. To read it would have added hours of time with all the fine print. So, BEWARE, there may be no recourse for damages or lost items from this company. I do not know because the promised emails of the agreement whether to review before and after signing never occurred.Second call, I happened to get someone who identified themselves as a manager. That was 5 hours ago. So far, nothing.

What a rip off....RUN RUN RUN!! I moved apartment buildings, I was quoted $300 over the phone, was told I have no choice 2 days before my move that I had to buy a mandatory protection package for over $100 additional. The movers where so slow they took 5ish hours to do it and my total ended up being $700+....A HUGE RIP OFF & they damaged my tv stand and dresser but won't answer the phone.

When I first called All My Sons I spoke with someone who quoted me for $199/hour for three men plus $199 for a travel fee. I explained that my other moves took about 3ish hours and he said he wanted to try to get it done in 2. Once I called to make the deposit, I wanted to get an idea of what times were available based on when I was able to reserve the loading dock and elevator in my new building. I was told they weren't able to see times until the deposit was paid. Once I paid the deposit, someone from the operations team told me they'd be coming in the morning. I explained to them with this being a quick move, they should try to aim to get here and load the truck up to be at the new place around noon since I had the dock reserved from 12-2. They said they would make a note and try that. The day of the move came and the movers arrived extremely early (8:30am). I thought we would miss the time the dock was reserved. However, the movers took 3.5 hours JUST to load my stuff in the old apartment. This is how long all my other moves took TOTAL. Granted the elevator at my older place was a bit slower, but again, other moves including the one there took 3.5 hours. The movers, while friendly, did not seem to be in any kind of hurry, and in fact they mentioned so. They had no plan to work around the slow elevator, and kept taking smaller things one at a time or taking the elevator separately instead of together, increasing the time. On the way to the new place, I arrived before the truck, so I called to voice my concerns with the fact that this move was taking a very long time (the longest I've had in years) and that I was technically quoted for two hours. I spoke to someone named Dalton who was very rude. I also explained that I had arrived and the truck still hadn't shown up at 12:30 and I only had the dock until 2. He mentioned he had sent a newer crew of movers over. He also said the movers would be over after they were possibly taking a lunch. This was the first that lunch was mentioned to me, and when I questioned this, he said "well do you not expect people to take a midday lunch?" And that "they aren't robots". At first all he was willing to do was take $25 off my move. Then I kept persisting, saying this is way more than any move has taken and I again only had the dock for another hour and a half. He eventually lowered my price a bit, but was obviously upset and acted like this was my fault and that he'd be losing money on me. I felt bad for the movers, who had clearly spoken to Dalton before they got there, and felt rushed to get the move completed in time. Had everyone been told the expectations up front (total move time, lunch time, how long the dock was reserved) this could have been prevented.Overall, I've moved four times in the last few years and this move took the longest by far and was the worst experience with movers I've had.

do NOT use this company. they will say anything to get your business, purposely mislead you on the quote and hit you with major charges on the back end. I ended up paying over $6,000 more than I was quoted. Specifically David Smith and Cliff Yeager on the Atlanta team. Horrible business DO NOT USE.

I worked here for 7 months and recently quit my job there. It is a horrible company inside and out. They hardly ever trained new employees so almost no one knew what they were doing. They severely underpay their employees and treat them horribly. When i was trained as a new hire a girl who was leaving the company the next day gave me a five minute run down on the job and that was it. They do not prioritize customers and do not care about your belongings. If you call complaining about late shipments or broken items they just see you as annoyance and tell you to fill out a claim. Most of the shipments i worked on were late and my boss didn't care at all. They will purposely say they're going to call you back knowing they won't. Anytime i went above and beyond to try and help customers with missing items i got in trouble for doing so and was told to just tell them to file a claim. Please do not use them for your move because you are guaranteed a broken item or for your shipment to be late, and do not EVER get a job there.

I had Coleman Allied come to my house and make a thorough inventory of items to move from Lawrenceville, Ga to Austintown, Oh. Kelly McGill went through the house and provided a quote on Nov 19, 2020. the quote was higher than others, but all seemed legit. We agreed the cost would be higher if the move happened after mid-May(busy season). About 10% increase. We paid for the BEST insurance available---full replacement cost for damages items. 9 months to submit claims if damage occurred. The "estimated" weight was 17,962 pounds!! When we purchased a new home and sold the Georgia home, the price for the move in June was 20% higher than the earlier quote and 10% higher than the increase expected. We accepted changed "packing date" and let Allied choose how many packers were needed--and they came and went over 3 days--and did NOT complete the packing--the Driver of the truck had to complete the packing on loading day. Loading day was June 9, 2021 in Lawrenceville, Ga. Delivery day was June 15, 2021 in Austintown, Oh. The driver is a wonderful man, and I feel bad so much damage was generated during the loading and travel from Georgia to Ohio. But, something terrible happened during loading, during travel-- As items were unloaded carefully, damage of all sorts was observed and noted, and after completion and over the next 2 months as items were uncovered and unboxed and unwrapped--the CARNAGE was beyond comprehension. I have counted about 85 "furniture" items including chairs, sofas, ottomans, desks, beds, dressers, stools, etc---and 26 of these items required professional repair or TOTAL REPLACEMENT!! Legs broken off, headboard and footboard spindles broken off, gouges and chips on edges and feet of furniture, scratches across tops and a TV stand demolished, an executive desk deemed totaled, a stand demolished and broken items packed pathetically. I requested a claim of damage form and it was immediately sent and the FIRST claim was submitted about June 20, 2021-- a few days after unloading in Ohio. The first of MANY claims. the allied claims adjuster for our claims was/is Mya Beier. she spelled my last name incorrectly multiple times and often in e-mails let me know a claim was finished and "that is the end"---ignoring a 9 month window to file claims. A wonderful Representative came to our new home and observed the damage claimed on the first claim and took pictures and submitted the pictures and estimates of damage costs and replacement costs. This independent contractor repaired Broken furniture removed scratches, gouges and all sorts of damage when "fixable". The DESTROYED furniture and bowls, mats, etc were claimed for replacement costs. Some items were PAID to replace immediately--many items had actual receipts submitted for payment. A desk was submitted for $600 replacement cost --the adjuster for Allied claimed the desk replacement was $300. After almost 75 days--a receipt was submitted for $689 and full payment was made by allied. The damage was terrific--the WORK to get fully funded was horrific---and there remain 2 dining room chairs with "oil/dirt/grease" stains running parallel across the seats that have as yet not been seen by an agent for allied, and pictures have been submitted by me!! the claims agent--before seeing the pictures, made the statement the damage was "water stains"--NOT!! Now--the allied agent claims all the damage MUST be acknowledged and submitted the day of UNLOADING!! Believe me, it would have taken a week or 2 to unload and inspect all the furniture for damage during this move. And--claims have been submitted for weeks as we unwrap and move furniture around to its proper location. To date--24 furniture items have been repaired or replaced--like pulling teeth--it hurts!! The 2 chairs remain and likely will never be recognized--such is the way the allied "system" appears to work. One last item to consider--the original agent "estimated" 17,962 pounds for the entire load---the actual weight as submitted by

Allow me to set the stage: 28 years old, moving to a new city for a new job. I was quoted $5000 to move my one-bedroom apartment worth of furniture. I chose this company (vs competitors quoting half the price) because they gave me a four day window for arrival, which was a smaller window than other moving companies. I now know that the 4 day quote was just a lie. On the first day of that window, I was told my stuff was still at the starting location and they are waiting for someone to pick it up. They had no idea when that would happen. On the second day of that window, I was told it would be picked up that day... Another empty promise. On the third day of that window, I was told it wasn't picked up and would be picked up on the last day of the window. They gave me a late claims form to fill out. It's now a day after the window and I still have no furniture. I called and they said it was picked up. I asked when it would arrive and they did not know. They (Coleman) told me I'd have to call Allied to find out. I've now been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a customer service rep to pick up. In summation: Delivery is late, my belongings are in the hands of a random driver. Nobody can tell me how to reach the driver, who the driver is, or where the driver is. I've never seen such a large company so incredibly mismanaged.

I would strongly recommend you stay away from this company for your moving needs. My experience has been absolutely horrendous and I do not use this word lightly. I arranged a coast-to-coast move with them from MD to CA. While the quoted price was lower than competitors, I still have not received my items although it has been 8+ days since the expected delivery date - I am completely in the dark as to where my stuff is or when they will deliver it. Their customer service is horrible (they do not respond to their phones and do not call you back for updates when they say they will). Do not be fooled if they offer you a price lower than competitors as you will end up paying for it later with move delays, lack of communication, a terrible moving experience and other headaches in general. Will update later on how long it takes them to actually deliver my items and the damages with delivery which I expect there will be plenty
