Whatever you do.. Do not book with Chris at the Buckhead location. Horrible experience.. My dogs cut was really bad. I asked to fix it and he said very rudely that’s how the blade cut. So book with someone else next time.

unbelievably, PetSmart at 3221 Peachtree Road Atlanta had only nine cans of the food I need for three cats and no other amounts were in stock. I will tell all my family and friends to avoid this location

Best customer service experience tonight.... I have received at any PetSmart location, especially from the young gentlemen working the cash register. Great disposition, very friendly...need more workers like him. Will star this location as the one to return to. Thanks!

Excellent selection in this store. Beautiful hotel. Very cute and organized. Love PetSmart’s toy sales and clothing for pets, and their dog food brand Authority is awesome. The employee Shannon at this location was absolutely AMAZING and so so so helpful showing me around, answering my questions, and helping me find all sorts of things to pamper my senior goldendoodle. She was so patient, friendly, and kind, and made me feel like I made a friend at the pet store lol. She also answered all my fiancé’s many questions regarding fish and small animal care - she is very knowledgeable and I was blown away by how much she could tell us about pet care. She is incredible and I just know she is meant to be working with animals. Some people just have that attitude. Shannon made our experience amazing and I highly recommend speaking with her if you get the chance. We will definitely return. Thank you Shannon, and thanks PetSmart Buckhead! 10/10

On 1/13 at 7:10 pm, I watched a Petsmart dog trainer named Jazz aggressively rip a 10 week old puppy completely off the ground by its leash and hold the puppy suspended in the air by its collar choking it and watching it cry. I intervened only to be told that they were the dog trainer and they were reprimanding the puppy for not correctly walking on the leash. I reported the incident to the store manager and petsmart corporate. Please do not use this PetSmart for dog training or boarding.

Excellent hospital, I always take my kitten there, very good economical care, the doctor is very professional and excellent attention on his part. My cat was sick a few weeks ago and the doctor saved her life. I recommend this place.

I bought a hamster from them. Thry are fast friendly and I got a hamster and a habitat with feeding equipment for just under a hundred dollars.

This is my reply to brittany laurenzo. Yes I’m the groomer that did her dog. Yes her dog tried to bite me for the nails and his front legs LIKE MOST DOGS DO! I never once abused a dog in my life and I have 2 of my own dogs and 3 cats. I am a certified animal lover and would never do harm to anyone’s dog.
Brittany was absolutely furious by how truthful I was about her dog. Her dog is not a trained emotional support dog at all. I’ve done actual ESD and service animals and her dog doesn’t act one at all. Her dog is very untrained, not bad at all just untrained when it comes to grooming. I’m not even a groomer for this store anymore and she’s still making reviews concerning me which I do not understand at all.
All I will say is a dog has teeth for a reason, all dogs bite. I never said he actually bit me I said he was warning me he didn’t like what I was doing (his nails and shaving his front legs)and I communicated that to her.

Very friendly my staff. I admire young people who patiently deal with rude customers. Most times it takes seasoned people to maintain a straight face when customers are unnecessarily abrupt. The young man at the register didn't miss a beat.. He's a star. Sorry I'm so bad with names but it was 6:16pm on 10/15/2024. Shout out to you young sir!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Staff was extremely welcoming and nice. My dog is 12 years old and has been getting a nail grind since. Unfortunately today i received a half done service. My dog does have fairly long quicks, so i am aware sometimes they drill at an angle. When i asked for them to take a double check and grind down some more, i was instantly rejected and they said they couldn’t go any further. She had nails that were completely skipped over and others that were barely even grind. I came home to clip them MYSELF. A waste of money and time and they wouldn’t even double check the work. I needed them grinded because of the kids my dog is around and cutting them causes splits that scratch.
