Piedmont Physicians at Cascade is known for its friendly and welcoming staff, with many reviewers highlighting the pleasant demeanor of the front desk personnel and nurses. Patients typically experience minimal wait times for their appointments, often around 15 to 20 minutes. The medical professionals, including Dr. Bernardin and Nurse Practitioner Tonya Knowles, have been praised for their attentiveness and thoroughness during consultations. They listen to patient concerns and provide appropriate care, making visits feel supportive. However, some patients have noted challenges with appointment management and prescription refills, expressing frustration over waiting for medication and the difficulty of rescheduling missed appointments. Additionally, there are concerns about not being able to reconnect with the doctor after the initial consultation, which can lead to confusion regarding ongoing questions. Overall, while patients appreciate the quality of care and the engaging attitude of staff like Ms. Tammy and Dr. Moise, there are areas for improvement in scheduling and communication. Despite these issues, many patients feel satisfied with their experiences and the level of care received at this location.

The front desk staff is always nice and friendly. I'm seen usually waiting 15 to 20 minutes of my scheduled appt time. The check in always great. When you call they are nice but you have the hardest time on refills. I feel like I will stroke out waiting on HBP meds. Like my blood pressure be too high to playing with and it's not manageable yet. Scheduling is off. Never miss your appointment at this clinic or you will regret it deeply
