I switched to Members First I am impressed with the level if service. However when tying into other banks it's impossible to fine the correct link. There are several banks & credit unions with the same name.

Tried to stop by to make a deposit in the Piedmont branch and was informed I was not allowed into the Credit Union since I do not work in the hospital. What a waste of time. This makes me want to go back to a national mega bank.

This bank is ok unless your debit card is compromised the day before Christmas wiping you clean and leaving you with $0.00. After a week of calling non stop they “supposedly” issued my credit today. It’s been a week and I had absolutely no money over Christmas. A debit card will take 14 days to get to me, and they even charged me overdraft fees for my ACTUAL bills that came out during the fraudulent activity. Dispute Dept seems frustrated that a single mom needs her savings and checking account funds back.

My husband and I have been members of this credit union for over 12 years. My debit card number has been stolen 3 times now, and the first 2 times the bank was great about handling it -getting a replacement card to me within a week and returning the stolen money to my account. This time has been different. Friday will be 3 weeks since money was stolen from my bank account. I called the minute I realized that someone wiped out everything in my account and left me $5. I agree with most of the posters. I left my mega bank in 2008 because I didn't want to support them but this credit union made me feel like I was back in the 80's. There are few ATM's you can use and they do not support check deposit when you find one. I also find it almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. When I do they want me to come into the branch to fill out this form or that. I'll continue with them only because I'll take the hassle over the big banks but be wary before you do a full switch over.

I miss this bank being awesome. It used to just be a small employee bank at piedmont hospital and everyone was delightful. I would drive the extra distance and jump through all the hoops just because they looked out for me. Over the last couple years it’s declined and now it’s MembersFirst. My card never works and i get fraud alerted and declined constantly. You have to alert them before you leave your zip code and that’s if anyone answers or even acts like they wanna help you. It’s a let down really.

the staff is great , A special thank you to Ja'brice Smith for being so nice and kind to me he is always pleasant and greet me with a smile, my only issue with the others staff is when I have to make a trip down there just to pick up a form when I know that they can fax it to me because they never seen to answer the phone or return any of my phone calls including the manager and supervisor.
